Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'un matériau composite céramique renforcé de fibres à base de carbone contenant une fraction de carbure de silicium (C/C-SiC), dans lequel une ébauche de C/C, qui comprend une matrice de carbone intégrant des fibres de carbone, est infiltrée avec du silicium liquide afin de transformer le carbone en partie en carbure de silicium. Le silicium utilisé pour l'infiltration contient de 3 à 15 % en moles de bore. L'invention concerne également un procédé de fabrication d'un matériau composite céramique renforcé de fibres à base de carbure de silicium (SiC/SiC), dans lequel une ébauche de SiC/C, qui comprend une matrice de carbone intégrant des fibres de carbure de silicium, est infiltrée avec du silicium liquide afin de transformer le carbone en partie en carbure de silicium, le silicium utilisé pour l'infiltration contenant une fraction de 3 à 15 % en moles de bore.
