Abstract

L'invention concerne un dispositif de capture et/ou concentration de microorganisme ou de protéine issue dudit microorganisme, comprenant - un porte-cartouche (300) comprenant : - au moins un moyen d'insertion (304) permettant à une cartouche (100) d'être insérée dans le porte-cartouche, - au moins un premier conduit d'admission (301) permettant l'entrée d'un échantillon liquide, - au moins un deuxième conduit d'admission (303) permettant l'entrée d'un liquide de lavage et/ou d'un liquide de lyse et/ou un liquide d'élution, au moins un conduit d'évacuation (302) permettant la sortie de l'échantillon liquide et/ou du liquide de lavage ou de lyse. - une cartouche (100) comprenant : - au moins un moyen d'insertion (106) permettant à la cartouche d'être insérée dans au moins deux positions différentes, une première position selon un chemin fluidique dit de « capture/concentration » et une deuxième position selon un chemin fluidique dit de « lyse et/ou lavage et/ou élution». - un module réactionnel comprenant : - au moins une voie d'admission (201) de l'échantillon liquide et/ou du liquide de lavage et/ou de lyse et/ou d'élution, - au moins une voie d'évacuation (202) de l'échantillon liquide et/ou du liquide de lavage et/ou de lyse et/ou d'élution, - un support de capture et/ou concentration (104) disposé entre la voie d'admission et la voie d'évacuation de telle sorte que tout ou partie de l'échantillon ou des liquides le traverse.
