Abstract

L'invention concerne un conteneur (1) comprenant : - un dispositif de capture et/ou concentration (100) de microorganisme ou de protéine issue dudit microorganisme, comprenant un support de capture et/ou concentration (104) ; - un récipient (3) avec au moins deux parois dont au moins une est flexible (30), adapté pour recevoir au moins un échantillon susceptible de contenir au moins un microorganisme cible, ledit récipient comprenant ○ un orifice d'entrée (31) emménagé au travers d'une desdites parois et permettant le passage de l'échantillon liquide contenu dans le récipient vers le dispositif de capture et/ou concentration ○ un guide fluidique d'entrée (32), susceptible de contenir un volume d'échantillon défini et permettant de guider ledit volume d'échantillon vers ledit orifice d'entrée ○ au moins un moyen de contrôle du volume d'échantillon transféré du guide fluidique vers le dispositif de capture et/ou concentration au travers dudit orifice d'entrée ○ un orifice de sortie (33) emménagé au travers d'une desdites parois permettant le passage de l'échantillon du dispositif de capture et/ou concentration vers le récipient, ledit dispositif de capture/concentration était fixé à une paroi du récipient.
