Abstract
L'invention porte sur un adaptateur microfluidique adapté pour coupler une première zone d'écoulement à une deuxième zone d'écoulement, comportant : - une chambre microfluidique (3) de volume prédéterminé, - une entrée microfluidique (5) débouchant dans une première partie (37) de ladite chambre (3), ladite entrée microfluidique (5) étant configurée pour admettre un liquide dans ladite chambre microfluidique (3) selon un premier mode d'écoulement, - un évent (9) disposé dans une seconde partie (39) de ladite chambre microfluidique (3), ledit évent étant configuré pour évacuer l'air s'échappant des bulles d'air contenues dans ledit liquide lors d'un éclatement des bulles interfaciales, et - une sortie microfluidique (7) disposée dans la première partie (37) de la chambre microfluidique (3), ladite sortie microfluidique étant configurée pour évacuer ledit liquide libéré de ses bulles d'air selon un deuxième mode d'écoulement.
