Abstract

L'invention porte sur un procédé de fabrication d'un guide de lumière à écran diffusant intégré, comprenant la réalisation (E1) d'un moule et la mise en œuvre d'un processus de bi-injection de matériaux plastiques distincts dans ledit moule, ledit processus de bi-injection comprenant : - une première phase d'injection (E2) d'un premier matériau plastique présentant des caractéristiques optiques adaptées pour former un guide de lumière, et, après un temps prédéterminé de refroidissement du premier matériau plastique injecté, - une deuxième phase d'injection (E3) d'un deuxième matériau plastique présentant des caractéristiques optiques adaptées pour former un écran diffusant pour couvrir au moins partiellement le guide de lumière. L'invention vise aussi un dispositif d'éclairage d'ambiance comportant une pièce monobloc formant un guide de lumière à écran diffusant intégré.
