Dispositif de ventilation positive pour bâtiments, comprenant une enceinte étanche (1), un orifice d'entrée d'air (9), un orifice de sortie d'air (13), un circuit intérieur d'air (100) pour conduire un flux d'air de l'orifice d'entrée d'air (9) à l'orifice de sortie d'air (13), un filtre à air (18) traversé par le flux d'air, des moyens d'entraînement d'air (24) agencés dans le circuit intérieur d'air (100) pour générer le flux d'air, des moyens d'échauffement d'air (25) agencés dans le circuit intérieur d'air (100) pour échauffer sélectivement le flux d'air, des moyens électroniques de commande (17a) pour piloter les moyens d'entraînement d'air (24) et les moyens d'échauffement d'air (25), un clapet anti retour d'entrée (11) agencé dans le circuit intérieur d'air (100) à proximité de l'orifice d'entrée d'air (9) pour autoriser l'entrée d'air depuis l'extérieur de l'enceinte étanche (1) vers le circuit intérieur d'air (100) et pour interdire la sortie d'air par l'orifice d'entrée d'air (9), le filtre à air (18) étant interposé entre le clapet anti retour d'entrée (11) et les moyens d'entraînement d'air (24).
