Abstract

The invention relates to a display (1) for spectacles (10), comprising: - a support (2); at least one rail (3) for supporting presentation elements (5) for presenting spectacles; - spacers (4) extending from the support having a first end coupled to the support; interlocking coupling means capable of coupling a second end of the spacers to a rear face of the rail, the interlocking coupling means comprising for each spacer: a first element (61) having first clipping means (71); a second element (62) having second clipping means (72) complementary to the first clipping means.

Description

The field of the invention is that of the design and manufacture of product sales displays. More specifically, the invention relates to a display for the sale of glasses, this display essentially comprising horizontal rails serving as a support for glasses (eyeglasses, sunglasses, etc.).

In the field of the invention, solutions are known which allow the presentation of glasses for sale. Such a solution is for example described in the patent document published under the number DE 20 2010 012 181 U1. According to this document, the display includes:

- a wall support;

- horizontal spacers extending from the wall support perpendicularly;

- horizontal rails coupled to the spacers;

- so-called “nose” support elements.

The glasses are intended to be presented on the display thanks to the rails which provide a support surface for the branches of glasses, and to the "noses" which provide support for the bridge of the glasses which is located between the two glasses.

In this solution, the spacers have a threaded rod at one end. This threaded rod is intended to allow the coupling of the spacer on the support wall. Indeed, the support wall has intermediate support elements comprising a complementary thread, these intermediate support elements being intended to be previously secured to the support wall. The spacer also has a hole at a second end.

To couple the rails to the spacers, a nut must be inserted inside a groove that runs the entire length of a rail. The nut must therefore be inserted through one end of the rail and then be slid to a specific position in the groove. Then, an intermediate piece, which has a thread, must be screwed onto the nut (which is located inside the groove) so as to lock the nut and the intermediate piece in position relative to the rail, the screwing of this intermediate piece in the nut securing the assembly. Subsequently, the intermediate piece can fit inside the hole presented by the second end of the spacer.

By repeating such assemblies of spacers, it is thus possible to obtain a wall which has a plurality of spacers arranged according to the wishes of the installer. The installation of the rails is thus carried out thanks to the intermediate parts coupled in position along the rails in order to be able to cooperate with the spacers, the rails then simply having to be secured in position by means of the interlocking of the intermediate parts in the holes presented. by the spacers.

Such a design nevertheless has drawbacks. Indeed, according to a first drawback, this design involves a large number of components, in particular with regard to screw-on hardware. Consequently, such a display creates significant logistical constraints, both in terms of transport, storage and even handling during assembly.

According to another drawback, the positioning of the nuts, and the coupling of the intermediate parts on the nuts, require great precision so that the intermediate parts are positioned in the right place along the groove to cooperate with the spacers presented by the wall support.

Finally, such a design, due to these precise adjustments required, results in time-consuming installation and adjustment.

The invention particularly aims to overcome these drawbacks of the prior art.

More specifically, the invention aims to provide a display of glasses on rails which is easy to install, and which is quicker to assemble than is permitted by the prior art.

The invention also aims to propose such a display which makes it possible to limit the number of parts used for its production.

These objectives, as well as others which will appear subsequently, are achieved thanks to the invention which relates to a display of glasses, comprising:

- a support ;

- at least one rail intended to support presentation elements for presenting glasses;

- spacers extending from the support having a first end coupled to the support;

- coupling coupling means capable of coupling a second end of the spacers to a rear face of the rail, the coupling coupling means comprising for each spacer:

- a first element presented on a rear face of the rail;

- a second element presented by the second end of a spacer and secured to the first element, characterized in that, for each spacer:

- The first element is constituted by the rail and has first clipping means;

- The second element has second means of clipping complementary to the first means of clipping.

Thanks to the display unit according to the invention, the installation of the display unit according to the invention is particularly easy and quick to perform in comparison with a display unit as described in the prior art.

Indeed, thanks to the design of the coupling means by clipping, a person carrying out the installation does not need to worry about adjustments, adjustments, and the installation of various components independent of each other, on the rail, prior to the coupling of these rails on the support via the spacers.

In other words, thanks to the design of the display unit according to the invention, an installer must prepare the spacers on the support, then simply couple the rails on the spacers by clipping, without having to prepare these rails beforehand.

Preferably, the second element is a connecting piece independent of the spacer.

Such a connecting piece, independent of the spacer, allows an installation to be easily carried out, the installer having to couple only this connecting piece to the spacer. This connecting piece also allows quick and economical maintenance of the display. Indeed, if the second clipping means deteriorates, then a person performing a maintenance operation then only needs to change this connecting piece, and not the entire spacer.

Advantageously, the first end and the second end of the spacer are identical and each have a thread.

Thanks to such a spacer, the installer does not need to worry about a direction of installation of each spacer on the support. In fact, it simply needs to couple one or the other end of the spacer on the support.

According to a preferred characteristic, the connecting piece is designed to be fitted into the thread of the second end of the spacer.

Such a built-in connection is particularly quick to achieve by an installer. In addition, if the connecting piece must have a particular orientation relative to the rail, the installer can then easily impose the orientation on the connecting piece during installation.

According to a preferred embodiment of the invention:

- The first element takes the form of a female interlocking element, the first clipping means comprising at least one groove;

- The second element takes the form of a male interlocking element, the second clip means being constituted by at least one elastic hook housed in said groove.

Thanks to this design, the rail does not have protuberances located on its rear face. The rail can thus be produced according to controlled and economical manufacturing processes, including in particular manufacturing by extrusion and / or by machining.

Advantageously, the first element is formed by a groove in the rail.

Grooves allow variable positioning of the spacers relative to the rail. Indeed, these grooves avoid having to respect a positioning in vis-à-vis a first precise element (for example a hole) relative to the second element presented by the spacer.

Preferably, the groove is unique and extends over the entire length of the rail.

According to this embodiment, the rail can be produced directly by extrusion. Also, as explained above, several spacers can then be coupled along the rail, without the person carrying out the installation having to worry about a particular facing of the spacers with the first elements presented on a rear face of the rail.

According to a preferred embodiment of the invention, the second element has two lateral pins for interlocking guidance and for locking in rotation about an axis for nesting the second element in the first element, the pins being arranged on the side and others of the hook.

Such tenons make it possible to optimize the nesting as well as to optimize the clipping of the hook in the groove.

Other characteristics and advantages of the invention will appear more clearly on reading the following description of a preferred embodiment of the invention, given by way of illustrative and nonlimiting example, and of the appended drawings among which:

As can be seen in Figure 1, the invention relates to a display 1 of glasses 10. These glasses 10 are arranged on horizontal rails 4, as well as on presentation elements 5 which extend horizontally from the rails.

The rails 4 are coupled to a support 2. This support is of the wall type and extends vertically. From this support, spacers 4 extend perpendicularly and horizontally, the rails 3 coming to couple on these spacers.

According to Figures 2 and 3, it is observed that the presentation elements 5 are fitted, and clipped onto the rails 3. These presentation elements 5 take in particular the form of "nose". Each nose has a hook 50 on which the bridge of the glasses (central element which connects the two glasses of the glasses) comes to rest. The branches of the glasses then come to rest on the rails 3.

The noses can be designed differently depending on the presentation needs of the stores that use the display. For example, the noses can be made of plastic so as to be light and potentially transparent.

As can be seen in Figure 2, the spacers 4 are coupled by a first end to the support 2 and thus extend from the support. The spacers 4 are also coupled by a second end to the rail 3.

As will be described in detail hereinafter, the display unit 1 comprises coupling means by interlocking, and which are in particular of the clip-on type as will be detailed below, which are capable of making the connection of the second end of the spacers to a rear face of a rail

With reference to FIGS. 8a and 8b, the interlocking coupling means comprise for each spacer 4:

- A first element 61 which is presented on a rear face of the rail 3 (Figure 4);

- A second element 62 which is presented by the second end of a spacer and which is secured to the first element (Figures 5, 8a and 8b).

According to the principle of the invention, for each spacer:

- The first element 61 is constituted by the rail 3 and it has first clipping means 71;

- The second element 62 has second clip means 72 which are complementary to the first clip means.

As can be seen in Figure 4, the rail 3 is made from an extruded profile.

This rail has a unique groove which extends over the entire length of said rail. In other words, this single groove runs the entire length of the rail, and leads to a rear face of the rail.

The first element 61 of the interlocking coupling means thus takes the form of a female interlocking element.

As can be seen in this FIG. 4, the rail 3 has two grooves which form the first clipping means 71. As will be described in more detail below, these grooves are complementary to elastic hooks and these grooves thus allow the rail to have shoulders 710 on which the hooks bear against a withdrawal of the rails from the spacers.

As illustrated in FIGS. 5 to 8b, the second element 62 presented by the second end of each spacer 4, is a connecting piece 620 which is independent of the spacer 4.

Indeed, according to the present embodiment, and as illustrated by FIG. 7, the spacers are rods which have a first end and a second end identical to each other, these ends each having a thread 40 .

These spacers 4 are thus coupled to the support 2 (illustrated by FIGS. 1 and 2) by means of threaded rods (not shown) which extend from the support, the spacers then being screwed onto these threaded rods.

As illustrated in Figures 7, 8a and 8b, the connecting piece 620, independent of the spacer 4, is then coupled to the inside of the thread 40 which is presented by the second end of the spacer.

According to this embodiment illustrated in FIGS. 5 to 6b, the connecting piece 620 is designed to be built into one of the threads of the spacer thanks to a built-in end 621.

Still according to Figures 5 to 6b, it is understood that the connecting piece 620 forms a tip of the spacer.

As can be seen in these figures, the second element 62 of the coupling coupling means comprises:

- Second clip means 72, in particular constituted by two elastic hooks intended to be housed each in one of the grooves located in the groove of the rail;

- Two lateral pins 8 for interlocking guidance and for locking in rotation about an axis of interlocking of the second element 4 in the first element 61, these pins being arranged on either side of the hooks.

According to this embodiment, the second element 62 thus takes the form of a male interlocking element.

Thus, the two tenons 8 then fit into the width of the groove presented by the rail. This nesting is illustrated by Figures 8a and 8b.

In addition, as illustrated in FIGS. 8a and 8b, the elastic hooks of the second clipping means are received in the grooves of the first clipping means.

More precisely, with reference to FIGS. 4, 5 and 6a, each elastic hook thus has a support surface 720 intended to come to bear on one of the shoulders 710 located inside the grooves.

According to an example of application and installation of the display unit according to the invention, the installation steps can be summarized as follows.

First, an installer must position or ensure the presence on a support of components allowing the extension from this support of the threaded rods.

The installer then screws the spacers onto the threaded rods.

Then, in a third step, the installer embeds on the end of the spacers the connecting pieces, while being careful that these connecting pieces have a suitable orientation.

More specifically, these connecting pieces are embedded on spacers so that the two studs are each located in a horizontal plane. In other words, the connecting pieces should be oriented so that one of the elastic hooks is facing up and the other is facing down.

Subsequently, in a final installation phase, the installer simply has to snap on and clip the rails onto the spacers via the connecting parts.

The design of the display according to the invention is thus quick to produce and does not require transporting and assembling a multitude of different components.

Display (1) of glasses (10), comprising: - a support (2); - at least one rail (3) intended to support presentation elements (5) for presenting glasses; - spacers (4) extending from the support having a first end coupled to the support; - coupling coupling means capable of coupling a second end of the spacers to a rear face of the rail, the coupling coupling means comprising for each spacer: - a first element (61) presented on a rear face of the rail; - a second element (62) presented by the second end of a spacer and secured to the first element, characterized in that, for each spacer: - The first element is constituted by the rail and has first clipping means (71); - The second element has second clip means (72) complementary to the first clip means. Display (1) according to claim 1, characterized in that the second element (62) is a connecting piece (620) independent of the spacer (4). Display (1) according to claim 2, characterized in that the first end and the second end of the spacer (4) are identical and each have a thread (40). 4.
