Abstract
L'invention porte principalement sur un procédé de dépôt d'une couche de parylène (59) sur un corps d'un élément actif (48) de machine électrique tournante, caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte: - une étape de sublimation d'un précurseur (50) du parylène ayant une structure moléculaire donnée, - une étape de pyrolyse modifiant la structure moléculaire du précurseur du parylène, et - une étape de dépôt par condensation du précurseur à structure moléculaire modifiée sur au moins une partie d'une surface externe dudit corps de l'élément actif (48) de manière à obtenir un corps d'élément actif (48) ayant au moins une partie de sa surface externe recouverte d'une couche de parylène (59).
