Abstract
Dans une imagerie de viscoélasticité par ultrasons, la vitesse d'onde de cisaillement ou autre paramètre de viscoélasticité est mesuré(e) par suivi au niveau du foyer ARFI ou autre emplacement de haute intensité par rapport à la transmission ARFI. Plutôt que de suivre l'onde de cisaillement, la réponse de tissu à l'ARFI est mesurée. Un profil de déplacements dans le temps ou un spectre de celui-ci est mesuré à l'emplacement. En trouvant une échelle du profil résultant en une corrélation suffisante avec un profil d'étalonnage, la vitesse d'onde de cisaillement ou autre paramètre de viscoélasticité peut être estimé(e).
