Abstract

Ce dispositif pour découper en tranches ou secteurs radiaux (16) un produit alimentaire se présentant sous une forme globalement cylindrique, comprend : - un plateau-support apte à recevoir ledit produit préalablement découpé selon un plan passant par son axe de révolution en deux parties, et recevant la face tranchée résultant de cette séparation en deux parties, ledit plateau-support étant susceptible de rotation autour d'un axe horizontal ; - une lame de coupe motorisée (8), dont la direction d'action en orientée en direction de l'axe de rotation, de telle sorte à induire une coupe dudit produit selon une direction radiale. Le plateau-support est constitué de deux parties, coplanaires avant démarrage de la phase de découpe dudit produit : - une première partie (5) mobile en rotation par rapport à un axe horizontal, selon une amplitude angulaire susceptible d'atteindre et même de dépasser 180 degrés, une seconde partie (6, 7) partiellement mobile en rotation par rapport au même axe et dont la valeur angulaire de rotation correspond à la forme souhaitée des tranches ou secteur.
