Ce dispositif pour découper en tranches ou secteurs radiaux (16) un produit alimentaire se présentant sous une forme globalement cylindrique, comprend : - un plateau-support apte à recevoir ledit produit préalablement découpé selon un plan passant par son axe de révolution en deux parties, et recevant la face tranchée résultant de cette séparation en deux parties, ledit plateau-support étant susceptible de rotation autour d'un axe horizontal ; - une lame de coupe motorisée (8), dont la direction d'action en orientée en direction de l'axe de rotation, de telle sorte à induire une coupe dudit produit selon une direction radiale.
