Abstract

Pompe dilacératrice, comprenant un arbre (1) entraîné en rotation par un moteur, un impulseur (2) solidaire en rotation de l'arbre (1), du fluide véhiculé passant entre un couteau (6) solidaire de l'arbre (1) et une bague (7) sécatrice, le couteau (6) et la bague (7) sont en regard par des surfaces munies de moyens de dilacération, la distance ou jeu de dilacération entre le couteau (6) et la bague (7) sécatrice est réglable par des moyens (15) de réglage.

Description

  • La présente invention concerne les pompes dilacératrices. Une pompe dilacératrice peut fractionner des fibres contenues en suspension dans des eaux usées.
  • Par le WO 2006/05865 , on connaît déjà une pompe dilacératrice, qui comprend un arbre entraîné en rotation par un moteur et un impulseur solidaire en rotation de l'arbre dans un corps de pompe définissant une zone d'aspiration. Du fluide véhiculé va par un passage de la zone d'aspiration à une tubulure de refoulement en passant entre un couteau tournant solidaire de l'arbre et une bague sécatrice fixée à une plaque de fermeture du corps. La distance ou jeu de dilacération, décomptée suivant la direction de l'arbre, entre le couteau et la bague est réglable.
  • L'invention vise une pompe dilacératrice dont le réglage du jeu de dilacération est simple à effectuer, sans notamment nécessiter un nouvel usinage des surfaces, autres que l'affûtage des éléments proprement dilacérateurs.
  • La pompe dilacératrice suivant l'invention est définie à la revendication 1.
  • Le couteau et la bague sont en métal et les moyens de dilacération y sont usinés en étant donc d'un seul tenant avec eux respectivement.
  • Lorsque les moyens de dilacération de la bague et du couteau sont émoussés, on les affûte et on règle à nouveau la bonne distance entre la bague et le couteau par les moyens de réglage du jeu de dilacération, la distance étant simple à régler, parce que le réglage s'effectue parallèlement à l'axe.
  • Suivant un mode de réalisation très préféré, les moyens de réglage du jeu de dilacération comprennent trois vis, notamment à 120°, parallèles à l'axe, traversant la plaque et repoussant la bague en direction de l'impulseur. Ces vis-poussoirs, seulement au nombre de trois, que l'on doit distinguer des vis de fixation de la bague au corps qui traversent le corps et rentrent dans la bague, sont très facilement accessibles et, seulement au nombre de trois, donnent un réglage très facile et très simple à effectuer.
  • Mais les moyens de réglage du jeu de dilacération peuvent comprendre aussi ou en plus une rondelle entre le corps et la bague, rondelle que l'on ajoute lorsque, après l'affûtage, il convient de régler à la bonne valeur la distance entre le couteau et la bague.
  • Les moyens de réglage du jeu de dilacération peuvent comprendre aussi une rondelle disposée entre l'impulseur et le couteau en étant en contact avec eux. De préférence, il est prévu à la fois les moyens de réglage comprenant au moins les trois vis-poussoirs parallèles à l'axe et la rondelle disposée entre l'impulseur et le couteau en étant en contact avec eux.
  • Les moyens de dilacération de la bague comprennent, de préférence sur l'une de ses faces frontales, des créneaux à arêtes vives coupantes radiales, tandis que le couteau peut être un disque, dont la surface dilacératrice comprend des aubes à arêtes vives coupantes d'intrados et/ou d'extrados.
  • Suivant l'invention, il y a, entre le corps et la plaque, des moyens de réglage du jeu hydraulique. Le jeu hydraulique est la distance suivant l'axe de la pompe entre l'impulseur et la plaque de fermeture du corps de pompe. Le réglage du jeu de dilacération n'affecte pas le jeu hydraulique. Après un affûtage, on règle d'abord le jeu hydraulique, puis celui-ci étant conservé, on peut régler le jeu de dilacération, ce qui rend possible le réglage de ces deux jeux. Les moyens de réglage du jeu de dilacération et ceux du jeu hydrauliques ne s'affectent pas l'un l'autre.
  • Aux dessins annexés, donnés uniquement à titre d'exemple :

  • La pompe représentée à la figure 1 comprend un arbre 1 entraîné en rotation par un moteur, non représenté, et un impulseur 2 solidaire en rotation de l'arbre 1 dans un corps 20 fermé par une plaque 3 de fermeture définissant une zone 4 d'aspiration. Du fluide véhiculé, allant de la zone 4 d'aspiration à une tubulure 5 de refoulement, passe entre un couteau 6 solidaire de l'arbre 1 en rotation et une bague 7 sécatrice fixée à la plaque 3. La plaque 3 de fermeture peut être réglée axialement par des vis 21 de réglage, de manière à régler le jeu hydraulique entre l'impulseur et la plaque 3.
  • Le couteau 6 métallique est un disque 8 ayant quatre aubes 9 (figure 4) réparties uniformément, qui ont été usinées sur la face inférieure. Chaque aube 9 a deux arêtes 10 opposées d'intrados et d'extrados, qui sont vives. Le couteau 6 est fixé à l'arbre 1 avec interposition d'une rondelle 19 amovible.
  • La bague 7 métallique est représentée à la figure 3. C'est un anneau 11 muni sur la face supérieure de créneaux 12 à arêtes 13 vives radiales.
  • On a représenté en tirets à la figure 1 une rondelle 14, qui peut venir en supplément ou remplacer trois vis 15 poussoirs disposées à 120° l'une de l'autre (figure 2), qui repoussent la bague 7 vers l'impulseur 2, de manière à régler la distance entre la surface 16 dilacératrice de la bague 7 et la surface 17 dilacératrice du couteau 6. On voit, en outre, à la figure 2 trois vis 18 de fixation de la bague 7 à la plaque 3 de fermeture.
  • Le couteau 6 et la bague 7 de la pompe dilacératrice représentée à la figure 1 ont été déjà réaffûtés. Une rondelle 19 a ainsi été rajoutée entre le couteau 6 et l'impulseur 2, après le réaffûtage, pour compenser l'usinage de réaffûtage des surfaces 16 et 17 dilacératrices. Les vis 15 ont été revissées pour remettre la bague 7 à bonne distance du couteau 6, tandis que, s'il n'y avait pas une rondelle 14, elle a été ajoutée. Le jeu de dilacération entre le couteau 6 et la bague 7 ne modifie pas le jeu hydraulique entre la plaque 3 et l'impulseur 2. Comme la plaque 3 et la bague 7 ont chacune leur propre vis de réglage, le réglage du jeu de dilacération ne porte pas atteinte au jeu hydraulique, alors que, dans les pompes antérieures, le réaffûtage, allant de paire avec le réglage du jeu de dilacération, portait irrémédiablement atteinte au jeu hydraulique.

Claims (8)

  1. Pompe dilacératrice, comprenant :
    - un arbre (1) entraîné en rotation autour d'un axe par un moteur,
    - un impulseur (2) solidaire en rotation de l'arbre (1) dans un corps (20) fermé par une plaque (3) de fermeture définissant une zone (4) d'aspiration, un passage pour du fluide allant de la zone (4) d'aspiration à une tubulure (5) de refoulement en passant entre un couteau (6) tournant solidaire de l'arbre (1) et une bague (7) sécatrice fixée à une plaque (3) de fermeture du corps (20),
    - le couteau (6) et la bague (7) sont en regard par des surfaces qui sont munies de moyens de dilacération et qui sont perpendiculaires à l'axe,
    - la distance ou jeu de dilacération, décomptée suivant l'axe, entre le couteau (6) et la bague (7) sécatrice étant réglable par des moyens de réglage du jeu de dilacération,
    caractérisée par des moyens (21) de réglage du jeu hydraulique ou distance suivant l'axe entre l'impulseur (2) et la plaque (3) indépendants des moyens (15) de réglage du jeu de dilacération.
  2. Pompe dilacératrice suivant la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que les moyens de réglage du jeu de dilacération comprennent trois vis (15) accessibles, parallèles à l'axe, traversant la plaque (3) et repoussant la bague (7) en direction de l'impulseur (2).
  3. Pompe dilacératrice suivant la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que les moyens de réglage du jeu de dilacération comprennent une rondelle (19) disposée entre l'impulseur (2) et le couteau (6) en étant en contact avec eux.
  4. Pompe dilacératrice suivant la revendication 1, 2 ou 3, caractérisée en ce que les moyens de réglage du jeu hydraulique sont disposés entre le corps (20) et la plaque (3).
  5. Pompe dilacératrice suivant l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisée en ce que les moyens de réglage du jeu hydraulique comprennent des vis.
  6. Pompe dilacératrice suivant l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisée en ce que les moyens de dilacération de la bague (7) comprennent des créneaux (12) à arêtes vives radiales.
  7. Pompe dilacératrice suivant l'une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisée en ce que le couteau (6) est un disque, dont les moyens de dilacération comprennent des aubes (9) à arêtes vives coupantes.
  8. Pompe dilacératrice suivant l'une des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisée en ce que les moyens de réglage du jeu de dilacération comprennent une rondelle (14) entre la plaque (3) et la bague (7).
