Abstract

Description

The invention relates to a receptacle for a cosmetic product.

It is known to provide receptacles for a cosmetic product, especially for cosmetic products made in the form of cosmetic product sticks. These receptacles usually comprise a cup intended to receive such sticks of cosmetic product. The cup is actuated, between a low position and a high position, so as to protect the stick inside the receptacle (low position), or to make it accessible for a user wishing to wear makeup (high position).

It is known to provide the assembly of such cups from the top of the receptacle.

This is problematic, especially in the context of a receptacle with an integrated hood. Indeed, the mechanism of the integrated hood then hinders the assembly of the cup from the top of the receptacle.

One of the objectives of the present invention is to provide a solution for mounting a cup inside a cosmetic product receptacle, especially inside a receptacle provided with an integrated cover.

Thus, the invention relates to a receptacle for a cosmetic product, comprising a guide, a ring, a cup and a dressing part, said receptacle having a main direction of longitudinal extension, called the main direction, the guide, the ring and the a dressing part each having a proximal end and a distal end, opposite along said main direction at said proximal end, the ring partially wrapping the guide, the dressing part being intended to envelop the proximal ends of the guide and the ring, the cup being intended to receive the cosmetic product, the rotation of the ring relative to said guide causing the sliding of the cup, along said main direction, between a low position and a high position.

According to the invention, the guide has a technical form, in the vicinity of its proximal end, adapted to cooperate with the dressing part so that said guide and said dressing part are integral in rotation, said technical form of guide being designed to allow assembly of the cup with the guide via the proximal end of said guide.

The receptacle of the invention comprises a guide, a ring, a cup and a dressing part. The configuration of the guide, and its cooperation with the dressing part, make it possible to predict the assembly of the cup and the guide by the proximal end of said guide, the proximal end of the corresponding guide, here, at the bottom of the receptacle.

The solution of the invention is particularly advantageous, in particular because it eliminates the usual assembly of said cup by the distal end of the guide, the distal end of the corresponding guide, here at the top of the receptacle. According to the invention, the cup can be mounted by the opposite end without coming into collision with any mechanism that would be provided at the top of the receptacle.

The solution of the invention thus allows the mounting of a cup, in particular inside a cosmetic product receptacle which would be provided with a built-in cover at the top of the receptacle.

As illustrated in the figures, the invention relates to a receptacle 10 for a cosmetic product 11. The term "cosmetic product" refers to a stick of cosmetic product 11 intended, for example, to make up the lips of a user. In other words, the cosmetic product has an intrinsic rigidity conferring sufficient consistency to not spread in the open air. In other words, the cosmetic product is in the form of a grape 11.

As is particularly visible in the exploded view of FIG. 1, said receptacle 10 comprises a cup 20, a guide 30, a ring 40 and a covering piece 70. On the other hand, said receptacle 10 extends according to a main longitudinal extension direction, said main direction, marked X in the figures.

The cup 20 is intended to receive the cosmetic product 11. For this, it has ribs on its inner periphery, said ribs being intended to retain a stick of cosmetic product 11 which would be stitched inside. The cup 20 will preferably be obtained by plastic molding, made of polyoxymethylene material (POM) for example.

Advantageously, the cup 20 has at least one guide pin 22 on its outer periphery. In the example illustrated here, the cup 20 has two guide fingers 22 which are symmetrical with respect to said main direction X.

The guide 30 and the ring 40 are designed to cooperate with the cup 20 so that the rotation of the ring 40 relative to the guide 30 causes the sliding of the cup 20, along said main direction X, between a low position (see Figures 2, 4, 5 and 8) and a high position (see Figures 3 and 9). To do this, said guide 30 comprises a rectilinear path 32, substantially parallel to said main direction X and said ring 40 comprises an internal spiral path 45, visible in transparency in FIGS. 2 and 3.

The ring 40 enveloping the guide 30, at least partially, the guide finger 22 comes into contact with said spiral path 45, through said rectilinear path 32. The cup 20 is thus driven in a sliding along the main direction X when said rotation of the ring 40 with respect to the guide 30. In addition, the rectilinear path 32 of the guide 30 has two locking zones 37, 38 for locking the guide finger (s) 22 of the cup 20 , in the lower position on the one hand, (see Figure 2) and in the upper position on the other hand (see Figure 3).

It should be noted that the guide 30 and the ring 40 will preferably be obtained by plastic molding, for example polypropylene material (PP) for the guide 30 and polyoxymethylene material (POM) for the ring 40. Thus, the guide fingers 22, in POM, slide all the more easily in the rectilinear path 32 of the guide 30, in PP, without seizing, while being guided by the spiral 45 of the ring 40. In other words, the materials given by way of example above are particularly indicated for a cooperation of the guide fingers 22 with the guide 30 and the ring 40, in particular to transform the rotational movement of the guide 30 relative to the ring 40 in a translation movement of the cup 20 along of said main direction X.

It should be noted that the guide 30, the ring 40 and the dressing part 70 each have a proximal end 33, 43, 73 and a distal end 34, 44, 74 opposite along said main direction to said proximal end 33 , 43, 73 (see FIGS. 1,2, 3, 5 and 7). The dressing part 70 is intended to envelop the proximal ends 33, 43 of the guide 30 and the ring 40. For the sake of precision, when the cup 20 is in the lower position-respectively in the high position, the guide fingers 22 located near the proximal end 33 - respectively distal 34 of said guide 30. For the sake of precision, the proximal ends 33, 43, 73 of the guide 30, the ring 40 and the dressing part 70 form the "Bottom" of the receptacle, while the distal ends 33, 43, 73 of the guide 30, the ring 40 and the trim piece 70 form the "top" of the receptacle.

It should be noted that the continuous rotation of the ring 40 relative to the guide 30 is advantageously obtained by maintaining the guide 30 fixed, for example at its proximal end 33 and by printing the rotational movement using the ring 40.

Figure 2 illustrates the cup 20 in the low position. This position is obtained by locking the guide pin 22 in the locking zone 37.

Figure 3 illustrates, it, the cup 20 in the high position. This position is obtained by locking the guide pin 22 in the locking zone 38. The user can then use the receptacle of the invention for makeup, without the cup 20 slides along the main direction X.

The passage of the cup 20 from the low position to the high position is obtained by rotating the ring 40 relative to the guide 30.

Conversely, the passage from the high position to the low position is done by actuating the ring 40 in the opposite direction to that which brings the cup 20 in the high position.

It should be noted that, in the exemplary embodiment illustrated here, the covering piece 70 is provided in a cylindrical manner. The shape of the cup 20, the guide 30 and the ring 40 will be of circular section to form, also, cylindrical parts, including hollow, along said main direction X.

This example is not limiting and these parts may also have a section of polygonal shape without departing from the scope of the invention.

According to the invention, the guide 30 has a technical form 31, in the vicinity of its proximal end 33, adapted to cooperate with the dressing part 70 so that said guide 30 and said dressing part 70 are integral in rotation. Said technical form 31 is a slot 31 made in the vicinity of the proximal end 33 of the guide 30.

To do this, the dressing part 70 advantageously comprises a locking finger 72, on its inner periphery, near its proximal end 73. This locking finger 72 is intended to be housed inside the slot 31 Thus, a rotational movement imparted to the trim piece 70 drives the guide 30 in rotation. This finger 72 therefore has a stop function in the slot 31 (see Figures 6 and 7).

This finger 72 is preferably made of material with the dressing part 70; it is provided strong enough that the rotational movement that a user prints to the dressing part 70 drives the guide 30.

The technical form 31 of the guide 30, or slot 31, is also designed to allow the cup 20 to be assembled with the guide 30, via the proximal end 33 of said guide 30.

Indeed, as can be seen in FIG. 4, this slot 31 is provided with a first chamfer C1 that allows engagement of the finger 22 of the cup 20 by the proximal end 33 of the guide 30. The same slot 31 is provided with a second chamfer C2 whose dimension is smaller than that of the first chamfer C1. This second chamfer C2 allows engagement of the finger 22 of the cup 20 in the rectilinear path 32 of the guide 30.

Thus, the chamfers C1 and C2 are designed so as to guide the finger 22 of the cup 20 towards said rectilinear path 32.

Once inside the rectilinear path 32 of the guide 30, the guide pin 22 is retained by a stopper referenced B in FIGS. 4 and 6. A stopper B is a shape configured to ensure retention. finger 22 of the cup 20 within said rectilinear path 32.

Thus, the chamfer C2 and the stop B separate the technical form 31, or slot 31, of the straight path 32. In other words, the slot 31 and the rectilinear path 32 are aligned along the main direction X; they form two distinct elements of the same set. In other words, the chamfer C2 and the abutment B form a constriction between the slot 31 and the rectilinear path 32.

This abutment B is slotted to pass said guide pin 22 unidirectionally. For the sake of precision, the guiding finger 22 passes through the split abutment B only for mounting the cup 20 inside the guide 30.

Once the guide pin 22 inside the rectilinear path 32, the trim piece 70 can be assembled to said guide 30.

It should be noted that the edges of the abutment B slotted can not then deviate from one another. Indeed, the proximal end 33 of the guide 30 is then held tight by a clamping means, or hook 71, provided on the inner periphery of the covering part 70.

Said hook 71 is advantageously configured to cooperate with a groove 39 made on the outer periphery of said guide 30 so as to secure the dressing part with said guide (see Figure 7). This hook 71 is located in the vicinity of the proximal end 73 of said dressing part 70, as well as the groove 39 is located near the proximal end 33 of said guide 30 (see Figure 4).

The hook 71 is here made in the form of an annular band, made of material with the covering part 70. More specifically, the hook 71 is a partial annular band.

In other words, this annular band 71 is interrupted along its perimeter; it is made in the form of two portions of strips of material. This example is not limiting and this hook 71 can be made in the form of a plurality of portions of strips of material which ensure the clamping of the proximal end 33 of the guide 30 and the attachment of the dressing part 70 on the guide 30, in particular by shape cooperation with the groove 39 provided on the outer periphery of said guide 30.

This assembly between the dressing part 70 and the guide 30 is here by clipping of the hook 71 in the groove 39.

This clipping thus allows the attachment of these parts with each other while preventing a separation of the edges of the slot 31, or light 31, made at the proximal end 33 of said guide 30.

This assembly between the dressing part 70 and the guide 30 may also be a screw connection, this without departing from the scope of the invention.

According to the invention, the rotation of the ring 40 further causes the passage of a hatch 50 of a first position, said protective, coinciding with the lower position of the cup 20, to a second position, said use, coinciding with the upper position of the cup 20. Figure 1 illustrates an embodiment of such a hatch 50.

Thus, the rotation of the ring 40 triggers two simultaneous movements: the sliding of the cup 20 along said main direction X and the passage of the hatch 50 from a protective position to a position of use.

By "protective position" is meant a position in which the hatch 50 protects the cosmetic product from the outside. In other words, the receptacle 10 is closed, or closed, when the hatch 50 is in the protective position. On the other hand, the term "position of use", a position in which the door 50 allows access to the cosmetic product. In addition, this position coincides with the high position of the cup 20. The user therefore has easy access to the cosmetic product and can apply makeup using the receptacle 10, which is then open.

It should be noted, too, that the hatch 50 is advantageously connected to the guide 30, at the distal end 34 of said guide 30. More specifically, said hatch 50 is in pivot connection with said guide 30, in particular by means of a pin 35 protruding from the outer periphery of the guide 30 in the vicinity of its distal end 34, said pin 35 being configured to cooperate with a housing provided on a side leg of the hatch 50.

The pivot connection between the guide 30 and the hatch 50 has the advantage of binding together these parts. The hatch 50 is then not detachable from said guide 30. In other words, the user does not have to secure said hatch when the receptacle 10 of the invention is open and he wants to make up with the cosmetic product contained in inside. In other words, the hatch 50 passes from the protective position to the position of use, leaving the free access to the cosmetic product, by tilting.

The movement of the hatch 50 is actuated by a cooperation between a cam path 41 and a cam 51. The cam 51 belongs to the hatch 50, whereas said cam path 41 belongs to the ring 40.

The cam 51 is advantageously located at the end of one of the lateral tabs of the hatch 50. In fact, the hatch 50 here has two lateral tabs, positioned on either side of the main direction X. One of the two lateral tabs of the trap 50 has a dual function, namely a first function of connection with the guide 50 and a second function of cooperation with the ring 40, this in order to allow the tilting of the hatch 50 from the protective position to the position of d 'use.

It should be noted that Figures 2 and 3 illustrate the ring 40 in semi transparency. The spiral path 45 is thus visible in this FIG. 4. Here, the spiral path 45 comprises a single spiral. This rotation on a single tower makes it possible to provide, in addition, on an angular travel less than 360 °, the passage of the hatch 50 from its protective position to that of use, and vice versa. The associated advantage consists of a simple cam path 41 provided around the main direction X. On the other hand, as illustrated in FIGS. 8 and 9, the receptacle 10 of the invention further comprises a finishing cap 60 intended to be assembled at the distal end 44 of said ring 40.

Said cover 60 has an opening whose diameter is at least substantially equal to that of a stick of cosmetic product 11 intended to be received by said cup 20. By way of example, the diameter of the opening of said cover 60 will be between 12 and 14mm, approximately equal to 13mm, preferably substantially equal to 13.7mm.

As illustrated in Figure 2, the cosmetic product 11 will advantageously have a section, transverse to the main direction X, whose shape is in a circle of a first diameter, denoted d11. In addition, the cover 60 will have an extruded shape, along the main direction X, having a cross section to the main direction which has a shape which is part of a circle of a second diameter, denoted D10. eyelash 1

The receptacle of the invention is designed so that the ratio - is greater than 0.5, or even substantially equal to 0.55. A cosmetic product stick 11 with a diameter of between 12 and 13 mm, for example of the order of 12.7 mm, can then be used. Advantageously, the finishing cap 60 is configured so that the hatch 50 closes the opening of said cover 60 in the protective position. It should be noted that the finishing cap 60 will advantageously comprise a lip intended to cooperate with the hatch 50 so that the hatch 50 closes the opening of said cover, in a sealed manner, in the protective position. This lip, not shown here, will be provided in rigid or flexible material, integral with the finish cap 60 or obtained by adding material on the finish cap 60.

In addition, it is intended to leave a band 46 of the ring 40 accessible to the user despite the presence of the finishing cap 60 and the trim piece 70. This band 46 allows the actuation of the ring 40 in rotation relative to the guide 30, and therefore with respect to the dressing part 70.

It should be noted, also, that said ring 40 is operable in rotation, relative to said dressing part 70, by a single hand of a user.

The shape of the hatch 50, at least the area of the hatch 50 which is intended to be flush with the surface of the trim cover 60, namely the plate 53, will preferably be circular.

It should be noted, again, that the finishing cap 60 and the covering part 70 are pieces intended to carry a decoration. For example, these parts 60, 70 will be molded, for example based on acrylonitrile butadiene styrene plastic (ABS). These parts 60, 70 may also be provided in metallic material without departing from the scope of the invention.
