Claims

REVENDICATIONS1. Receptacle (1) for a cosmetic product comprising a cover (10) and a body (30) in which the cosmetic product is intended to be located, said cover (10) partially covering said body (30), said receptacle (1) comprising a movable portion (33) relative to the body (30), said movable portion (33) being located at a gripping portion (32) of the body (30), left free by the cover (10), said moving part (33) being arranged to allow at least a beginning of disengagement of said cover (10) under the action of a hand of a user holding said receptacle (1) by said gripping portion (32), by the same hand.

2. Receptacle (1) according to claim 1, wherein said movable portion (33) is arranged to perform a displacement in translation relative to the body (30).

3. Receptacle (1) according to claim 1 or 2, wherein said movable portion (33) is a ring.

4. Receptacle (1) according to any one of the preceding claims, wherein the movable portion (33) comprises a relief (36) forming a finger grip.

5. Receptacle (1) according to claim 4, wherein the body (30) comprises a covering (34) partially hiding said movable portion (33).

6. Receptacle (1) according to claim 5, wherein the covering (34) comprises a slot (39) traversed by said relief (36).

The receptacle (1) according to any of the claims, wherein the movable portion (33) is configured to act on an end edge (45) of the hood (10).

8. Receptacle (1) according to any one of the preceding claims, wherein the body (30) comprises stops (50) defining the displacement of the movable portion (33).

Receptacle (1) according to any one of the preceding claims, wherein said body (30) comprises first retaining means (41) and second retaining means (42) cooperating with the first retaining means (41). so that said hood (10) is held in said body (30), said movable portion (33) being configured to disengage, while moving, the first retaining means (41) of the second retaining means (42). in order to release said cover (10) from said body (30).

10. Receptacle (1) according to claim 9, wherein the first and second retaining means (41, 42) are hinged one on the other, in a closed position of the receptacle (1).

11. Receptacle (1) according to claim 9 or 10, wherein the first and second retaining means (41, 42) are located at first ends facing said body (30) and said cover (10), said moving part. (33) being located facing an opposite end of the hood (10).

12. Receptacle (1) according to any one of claims 9 to 11, wherein the first and second retaining means (41, 42) are arranged to prohibit the release of said cap (10), in the absence of displacement of said portion mobile (33).

13. Receptacle (1) according to claim 12, wherein the first retaining means (41) comprise a striker (61) and the second retaining means (42) a bolt (62).

14. Receptacle (1) according to claim 13, wherein the movable portion (33) comprises a portion (71) arranged to release the bolt (62) of the striker (61) by displacement of said movable portion (33).

15. Receptacle (1) according to claim 14, wherein the portion (71) is a finger located between the bolt (62) and the striker (61).
