Abstract

L'invention porte principalement sur un procédé de gestion de diversité de pièces lors de la fabrication d'un véhicule, basé sur l'utilisation d'un poste de montage associé à une pluralité de bacs de stockage situés dans une zone de travail en bord d'une ligne de montage, et au moins un bac de stockage, dit virtuel, positionné en retrait par rapport à ladite zone de travail, caractérisé en ce que ledit procédé comporte: - une étape d'identification d'un type produit, - une étape de signalisation d'une pièce à monter sur ledit produit en fonction dudit type de produit préalablement identifié, et - dans le cas où ladite pièce n'est pas présente dans ladite zone de travail, ledit procédé comporte une étape de récupération de ladite pièce dans ledit bac de stockage virtuel, une étape de validation de ladite pièce récupérée, et une étape de montage de ladite pièce.
