Abstract
Procédé de suivi de performance d'un processus de fonctionnement d'un équipement industriel (E). Le procédé comprend : - le découpage du processus (P) de fonctionnement de l'équipement industriel en une pluralité de sous-processus (SP1, SPr), - pour au moins un sous-processus, la construction d'un modèle (M(SPi)) d'une performance optimale de sous-processus (perfmaxSPi) en fonction de la valeur de facteurs extérieurs associés au sous-processus à partir de données (DATA) de fonctionnement de l'équipement industriel, la mesure de la valeur des facteurs externes, - pour ledit au moins un sous-processus, la détermination d'au moins une valeur de performance optimale de sous-processus à partir du modèle correspondant et de la mesure de la valeur du ou des facteurs externes correspondants, et - la détermination de la valeur de réglages de sous-processus associés aux valeurs de performances optimales de sous-processus pour la valeur mesurée des facteurs externes correspondants à partir des données de fonctionnement de l'équipement industriel, et l'élaboration d'un signal (SIGN) relatif à la valeur des réglages de sous-processus associés auxdites valeurs de performances optimales de sous-processus.Method for monitoring the performance of an operating process of an industrial equipment (E). The method comprises: - the division of the process (P) of operation of the industrial equipment into a plurality of sub-processes (SP1, SPr), - for at least one sub-process, the construction of a model (M ( SPi)) of an optimal performance of the sub-process (perfmaxSPi) as a function of the value of external factors associated with the sub-process from industrial equipment operating data (DATA), the measurement of the value of the factors external, - for said at least one sub-process, determining at least one optimal performance value of sub-process from the corresponding model and measuring the value of the corresponding external factor or factors, and - determining of the value of the sub-process settings associated with the optimal performance values of the sub-process for the measured value of the corresponding external factors from the operating data of the industrial equipment, and the development of a s ignal (SIGN) relating to the value of the sub-process settings associated with said values of optimal sub-process performance.
