Abstract

L'invention a pour objet un outillage de formage d'une ébauche en matériau composite, ledit outillage étant caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend au moins un élément flexible (34) et au moins une première et une deuxième plaques rigides (36.1, 36.2) reliées à l'élément flexible (34) et disposées de part et d'autre de l'élément flexible (34), les première et deuxième plaques rigides (36.1, 36.2) et l'élément flexible (34) comprenant respectivement des première, deuxième et troisième surfaces de référence. L'élément flexible (34) est configuré pour permettre à l'outillage (32) d'occuper : - un état de dépose dans lequel les première, deuxième et troisième surfaces de référence sont coplanaires, et - un état de formage dans lequel la troisième surface de référence est courbe et les première et deuxième surfaces de référence ont un angle (A) souhaité entre elles. L'invention a également pour objet un procédé de fabrication d'une pièce en matériau utilisant ledit outillage.
