Abstract
Cette invention se rapporte à un procédé de fabrication d'un corps d'embrayage pour un dispositif de synchronisation d'une transmission, où les étapes suivantes du procédé sont mises en œuvre : a) la fourniture d'un disque d'embrayage à denture externe (12) qui est prévu pour coopérer avec un manchon coulissant, b) la fourniture d'une bague de contre-friction (16) qui est prévue pour coopérer avec une bague de synchroniseur, c) l'application d'une garniture de friction (20) sur la bague de contre-friction (16), d) l'établissement d'une liaison non libérable entre le disque d'embrayage (12) et la bague de contre-friction (16), et e) le refoulement d'une partie de la bague de contre-friction (16) au moins partiellement munie de la garniture de friction (20) dans une direction orientée radialement vers l'intérieur, de sorte qu'un cône de contre-friction (18) soit formé, qui est prévu pour coopérer avec une surface de friction de la bague de synchroniseur.
