Abstract

BAG DISPENSER

The present invention relates to a bag dispensing device intended to be hooked in particular to a gripping bar of a supermarket trolley.

New regulations tend to limit the distribution of self-service plastic bags in stores, open-air markets and supermarkets. It is already widely available and available, reusable bags of large volumes at the checkouts of stores and supermarkets.

Users will thus have the obligation to provide themselves in reusable bag and possibly to provide additional bags including small volume for the packaging of food to isolate them from the rest of their provisions. For this purpose, all single-use plastic bags, distributed free of charge in supermarkets and open-air markets, for the packaging of fruit, vegetables and other foodstuffs will no longer be available for self-service.

In order to facilitate shopping, alternatives to self-service bags will certainly have to be offered either by supermarkets or by the users themselves.

Also known, the documents FR 2 902 087 and US 2006/0097467 which respectively disclose bag dispensers connected to a hook and the frame of a supermarket trolley. The fixing means used are rudimentary and do not allow a good resistance of the dispenser to the carriage, when taking the bags and in particular during the separation of the latter generally packaged in roll. The attachment of these distributors is also difficult to modulate depending on the type of mobile devices to which it is connected.

The present invention thus proposes a device for dispensing plastic bags making it possible to overcome the aforementioned drawbacks.

Thus, the bag dispensing device, according to the invention, is provided by a container which comprises a loading opening and a dispensing opening, at least one attachment means to a mobile device, at least one connecting means by cooperation shape arranged on one of the faces of said container, collaborating with at least one attachment means, while at least one attachment means comprises at least one connecting means consisting of two jaws.

Let us add that the device preferably comprises two attachment means arranged in opposition.

Note that at least one attachment means comprises a longitudinal axis part body, comprising a lower end and an upper end, while the part body comprises at least a first projection collaborating with an assembly means by cooperation of form.

It should be noted that at least one first projection is arranged perpendicularly to the longitudinal axis along a first transverse axis.

According to one embodiment, at least one first projection is located at the lower end.

According to another embodiment, the workpiece is extended by the connecting means along the longitudinal axis, in the upper position.

According to the preceding embodiments, the workpiece body comprises a second projection arranged perpendicularly to the longitudinal axis along a second transverse axis, while the second projection consists of two parts, namely a first section section larger than that in the second part, the junction of these two parts forms a shoulder.

Thus, the device (100) according to the invention is a bag dispenser intended to be hooked to a mobile device, preferably to a gripping bar of a supermarket trolley. This device is in the form of an assembly of nestable parts and comprises a container (1), at least one attachment means (2, 2 ') and advantageously one. gripping means (3), such as a handle.

It is understood that the grab bar of a supermarket trolley is the bar on which the user puts his hands and pushes the trolley.

It is also understood that the bags can be of any material, such as synthetic or natural material, and are packaged by any known means, such as rollers or folded over each other.

Note that the container (1) comprises at least one face comprising at least one form-fitting assembly means (4) mounted in collaboration with a lower end (5a) of a fastening means (2, 2 '). as explained in more detail later in the description.

More specifically, the container (1) advantageously comprises an upper face (1a), a front face (1b), a rear face (1c), a lower face (1d) and side faces, forming a housing for bags,

According to one embodiment, as illustrated in FIG. 2, a device (100) according to the invention is provided by a container (1) whose upper face (la) is extended by two attachment means ( 2, 2 '), outwardly projecting, arranged in opposition, These attachment means (2, 2') are connected by a gripping means (3) arranged transversely thereto. This gripping means (3) helps to keep in place the attachment means (2,2 ') and the container (1).

The positioning of the assembly means by shape cooperation (4) and the length of the gripping means (3) are adjusted accordingly.

According to an additional feature, several pairs of form cooperation means (4) are arranged on one or more faces of the container (1), with different spacings. Each gap corresponding to a different size of a gripping means (3) for modulating the spacing of the attachment means (2, 2 '). This feature allows to hang the device (100) according to the invention to other element than a supermarket trolley.

It should be noted that these various parts are held under stress by the helical spring (11) and the collaboration of the first projections (6) of the attachment means (2, 2 ') with the form-cooperating connection means (4).

According to other embodiments, not shown, at least one assembly means (2, 2 ') comprising two first projections (6) arranged, transversely, along the same axis, in opposition on both sides of the lower end (5a) of a workpiece body (5) is connected to a form-fitting connection means (4) on one side of the container (1). The workpiece body (5) is as previously described, extended by connection means (8) in particular to a gripping bar of a supermarket trolley. According to these latter embodiments, a workpiece body (5) comprising two first projections (6) is held independently of the container (1), without the intervention of a gripping means (3).

According to a further characteristic, as illustrated in FIG. 7, the device (100) comprises a means of securing the supermarket trolley, by a disconnection token (19), connected by a flexible link (20) and extensible, to the device of the invention. This disconnection token (19) is inserted into the location of the locking mechanism of the supermarket trolley, securing the device against theft.

According to the preceding characteristic, the flexible link (20) of the deconation token (19) is arranged in the wall of one face of the container (1), advantageously the wall of the upper face (1a), preferably arranged in a conduit ( 21) in a serpentine extended by a housing in which is located a spring system, in which is wound the flexible link (20).

It is understood that the device (1.00) can also be used for a market stroller, in particular thanks to the possibility of modulating the assembly means (2, 2 ') according to the invention or the spacing between the means of assembly (2, 2 ').

According to another alternative of the invention, as illustrated in FIG. 5, in particular as part of a hooking of a container (1) to the amount of a frame of a market stroller, a device for independent hooking (13) is provided by a connecting ring (14) connected to a flexible link (15), extended by a holding hook (16).
