Claims (14)
- REVENDICATIONS1. Module de distribution (1), pour distribuer un liquide, par exemple une solution aqueuse d’urée, depuis un réservoir (101) vers une conduite aval (102) dans un véhicule automobile, le module de distribution (1) comprenant au moins : une pompe (4) configurée pour faire circuler du liquide depuis le réservoir (101) vers la conduite aval (102) ; et un circuit électronique (8) relié à la pompe (4) et configuré pour commander la pompe (4) ; le module de distribution (1) étant caractérisé en ce qu’il comprend en outre un bloc de canalisation (10), le bloc de canalisation (10) comprenant deux éléments de canalisation (12.1, 12.2) qui sont configurés pour définir, lorsqu’ils sont superposés, au moins deux canaux (14.1, 14.2, 14.3, 14.4) adaptés pour la circulation du liquide, les canaux (14.1, 14.2, 14.3, 14.4) incluant au moins : i) un canal d’entrée (14.1) configuré pour canaliser du liquide vers la pompe (4), et ii) un canal de sortie (14.2) configuré pour canaliser du liquide sortant de la pompe (4).
- 2. Module de distribution (1) selon la revendication précédente, dans lequel un des éléments de canalisation (12.1) présente au moins une cavité configurée pour définir au moins un des canaux (14.1, 14.2, 14.3, 14.4), et dans lequel un autre élément de canalisation (12.2) est configuré pour obturer ladite cavité lorsque les éléments de canalisation (12.1, 12.2) sont superposés.
- 3. Module de distribution (1) selon l’une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel chaque élément de canalisation (12.1, 12.2) a globalement la forme d’une plaque.
- 4. Module de distribution (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel au moins un élément de canalisation (12.1, 12.2) est formé par un joint plat (21) ayant au moins une ouverture définissant un des canaux (14.1, 14.2, 14.3, 14.4), le module de distribution (1) comprenant en outre au moins un organe de retenue (40) configuré pour retenir le joint plat (21).
- 5. Module de distribution (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel au moins un élément de canalisation (12.1, 12.2) comporte au moins une bordure saillante (42) définissant un contour fermé.
- 6. Module de distribution (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel le module de distribution (1) comprend en outre au moins une vanne (18), les canaux (14.1, 14.2, 14.3, 14.4) incluant un canal (14.4) configuré pour canaliser du liquide vers la vanne (18).
- 7. Module de distribution (1) selon l’une quelconque des revendications précédentes, comprenant en outre un capteur hydraulique (6) configuré pour générer des signaux de mesure qui sont représentatifs d’une grandeur caractéristique du liquide, le circuit électronique (8) étant connecté au capteur hydraulique (6) de façon à recevoir les signaux de mesure, les canaux (14.1, 14.2, 14.3, 14.4) incluant un canal de mesure (14.3) configuré pour canaliser du liquide vers le capteur hydraulique (6).

Module de distribution (1) selon l’une quelconque des revendications précédentes, comprenant en outre au moins un organe de raccordement (24) agencé pour raccorder la pompe (4) au canal d’entrée (14.1) de sorte que le liquide peut circuler du canal d’entrée (14.1) vers la pompe (4) à travers l’organe de raccordement (24).
- 9. Module de distribution (1) selon l’une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel la pompe (4) comprend un organe de connexion primaire, et dans lequel le circuit électronique comprend un organe de connexion secondaire, l’organe de connexion primaire et l’organe de connexion secondaire étant configurés pour être en contact lorsqu’ils sont superposés après superposition suivant une direction de superposition (Z12), de sorte qu’un courant électrique circule entre le circuit électronique (8) et la pompe (4).
- 10. Module de distribution (1) selon l’une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel la pompe (4) est située entre le circuit électronique (8) et le bloc de canalisation (10).
- 11. Module de distribution (1) selon l’une quelconque des revendications précédentes, comprenant en outre un organe de guidage configuré pour guider vers une position assemblée chaque élément de canalisation (12.1, 12.2).
- 12. Procédé d’assemblage (200), pour assembler un module de distribution (1), le procédé d’assemblage (200) comprenant au moins les étapes : 202) fournir un module de distribution (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, 204) orienter les éléments de canalisation (12.1, 12.2) de façon à positionner les canaux (14.1, 14.2, 14.3, 14.4), 206) superposer les éléments de canalisation (12.1, 12.2) suivant la direction de superposition (Z12) de façon à former le bloc de canalisation (10), et 208) empiler la pompe (4) suivant la direction de superposition (Z12).
- 13. Procédé d’assemblage selon la revendication précédente, dans lequel le module de distribution (1) est selon les revendications 8 et 9, et dans lequel le bloc de canalisation (10) présente un passage (32) traversant chacun des éléments de canalisation (12.1, 12.2), le procédé d’assemblage (200) comprenant en outre les étapes : 210) raccorder la pompe (4) au canal d’entrée (14.1) et au canal de sortie (14.2) par l’intermédiaire dudit au moins un organe de raccordement (24) de sorte que le liquide peut circuler du canal d’entrée (14.1) vers la pompe (4) à travers l’organe de raccordement (24) et que le liquide peut circuler de la pompe (4) vers le canal de sortie (14.2) à travers l’organe de raccordement (24), 212) passer ledit au moins un organe de connexion primaire (28) à travers le passage (32), et 214) mettre en contact ledit au moins un organe de connexion primaire (28) et ledit au moins un organe de connexion secondaire (30).
- 14. Ensemble de réservoir (100), pour stocker un liquide, par exemple une solution aqueuse d’urée dans un véhicule automobile, l’ensemble de réservoir (100) comprenant : un réservoir (101) configuré pour contenir le liquide, le réservoir (101) ayant un fond (104) présentant i) une ouverture de fond (105) configurée pour le passage de liquide et ii) une portion saillante (106) qui est conformée en saillie dans le réservoir (101) de façon à définir une cavité externe au réservoir (101) sous ladite portion saillante (104), un module de distribution (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 11, le module de distribution (1) étant placé au moins partiellement dans la cavité externe de sorte que la pompe (4) est raccordée fluidiquement à l’ouverture de fond (105).
