Claims (13)
- REVENDICATIONS1. Tablette absorbante d'humidité comportant une composition compactée comprenant un agent desséchant, caractérisée en ce qu'elle comprend un gel solide adhérant directement à la composition compactée et comprenant au moins une substance active volatile, au moins un agent gélifiant et éventuellement au moins un agent durcisseur.
- 2. Tablette selon la revendication 1, dans laquelle le gel solide est disposé sur la surface de la tablette et/ou dans un ou plusieurs logements ménagés dans la tablette.
- 3. Tablette selon la revendication 2, dans laquelle au moins un logement enfermant le gel solide débouche à la surface de la composition compactée.
- 4. Tablette selon l'une quelconques des revendications 1 à 3, comprenant plusieurs gels 15 différents.
- 5. Tablette selon l'une quelconques des revendications 1 à 4, dans laquelle l'agent desséchant est choisi parmi le sel de CaC12, le sel de MgC12, la bentonite, le sulfate de sodium, le carbonate de sodium, le gel de silice et leurs mélanges, de préférence l'agent 20 desséchant est le sel de CaC12.
- 6. Tablette selon l'une quelconques des revendications 1 à 5, dans laquelle ledit gel comprend 40 à 70 % en poids d'une substance active volatile, par rapport au poids total du gel.
- 7. Tablette selon l'une quelconques des revendications 1 à 6, dans laquelle ladite substance active volatile est choisie parmi les substances parfumantes, désodorisantes, bactéricides, insecticides, répulsives d'animaux ou d'insectes, attractives d'animaux ou d'insectes, les huiles essentielles et leurs mélanges.
- 8. Tablette selon l'une quelconques des revendications 1 à 7, dans laquelle ledit gel comprend 0,5 à 95 %, avantageusement 10 à 60 % en poids, plus avantageusement 20 à 40 % en poids, d' agent(s) gélifiant(s), par rapport au poids total du gel. 35

Tablette selon l'une quelconques des revendications 1 à 8, dans laquelle l'agent gélifiant est choisi parmi les celluloses, les celluloses modifiées, les gommes naturelles, la gélatine, les amidons naturels ou modifiés, les alginates, les carraghénanes, l'agar-agar, les résines polyamides, les polymères gélifiants tels que les PEG et les polymères acryliques, 25 30 3037257 19 les polyvinylalcool (PVA), et leurs mélanges.
- 10. Tablette selon l'une quelconques des revendications 1 à 9, dans laquelle ledit gel comprend 0 à 10 % en poids, de préférence 2 à 5 % en poids, d'agent(s) durcisseur(s), par 5 rapport au poids total du gel.
- 11. Tablette selon l'une quelconques des revendications 1 à 10, dans laquelle l'agent durcisseur est choisi parmi les polyisocyanate aliphatique, les résines époxy, les réticulants de polymères tel que le glyoxal, de préférence l'agent durcisseur est l'hexaméthylène 10 diisocyanate.
- 12. Procédé de préparation d'une tablette telle que définie dans l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 11 comprenant les étapes suivantes : a) compacter la composition comprenant l'agent desséchant, de préférence par compression directe ; b) déposer sur au moins une partie de la surface de la composition compactée obtenue à l'étape a), la composition à gélifier comprenant l'au moins une substance active volatile, l'au moins un agent gélifiant et éventuellement l'au moins un agent durcisseur ; c) laisser sécher la composition à gélifier jusqu'à obtention d'un gel solide adhérant à ladite composition compactée.
- 13. Dispositif absorbant d'humidité comportant une grille posée sur un réservoir collecteur, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend au moins une tablette absorbante d'humidité telle que définie dans l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 11.
