Abstract

L'invention concerne une âme en caoutchouc gainable en cuir. Il est constitué d'une âme en caoutchouc souple qui peut être gainable en cuir, et cousue dans les rainures qui bordent l'âme en caoutchouc dans sa longueur. La courbe souple s'insère au plus près du boitier de la montre, le bec sur le dessous empêche le bracelet de plier à l'entrecorne, les épaisseurs et découpes à la boucle permettent son intégration en simulant les contours du bracelet métallique d'origine. Son design esthétique permet une utilisation sans cuir. Les rainures sur les côtés du bracelet permettent d'y poser une couture parfaitement droite et intégrée. Son épaisseur et sa largeur permettent d'y gainer une multitude de cuir, et notamment de l'alligator, cuir du luxe par excellence. Le repli du cuir à ses extrémités, coincées entre le métal de la montre et de la boucle, et l'âme de caoutchouc, empêche son décollement, et lui procure une grande longévité. Les sillons sur l'envers d'un des éléments du bracelet permettent une mise à taille sure et rapide. 3037219 DESCRIPTION La présente invention concerne un bracelet de montre cuir (alligator) 100% intégré à la carrure des boites de montres de la marque Rolex®, et la polyvalence de son âme 5 en caoutchouc qui lui permet d'être vendu sous trois formes (caoutchouc, caoutchouc cousu, cuir cousu). En effet, il est le premier bracelet montre cuir spécialement conçu pour intégrer parfaitement la carrure des boites de montres Rolex® en 20mm et la boucle déployante des bracelets métalliques Rolex Oyster® en 16mm. Cependant ce 10 bracelet peut aussi, sous une forme moins onéreuse, être vendu sans cuir. Outre ses caractéristiques techniques, le grand intérêt de ce bracelet-montre est son infinie polyvalence. Un seul moule injecté de caoutchouc permet la réalisation d'âmes de centaines de couleurs de caoutchouc, qui pourront être cousues (ou ne pas l'être) avec des centaines de couleur de fils, et gainées (ou ne pas l'être) avec 15 des dizaines de types de cuirs, dans des centaines de couleurs. Autrement dit, un seul et unique moule permet de fabriquer des millions de combinaisons de bracelets-montres différents, parfaitement intégrés, pour 90% des montres de marque Rolexe. Jusqu'à aujourd'hui la totalité des montres sport (Datejust®, Submariner®, GMT®, Explorer I & II®, ...) de la marque Suisse Rolex® sont équipés en série de bracelets 20 en métal Oyster® équipés d'une boucle déployante. S'il existe des bracelets en métal compatibles aux montres Rolex®, aucun fabricant de bracelet de remplacement n'a réussi à développer un bracelet cuir permettant de porter ces montres de sorte que le bracelet cuir soit réglable et s'intègre parfaitement à la carrure des boites Rolex® et à la boucle du bracelet métallique d'origine. Il existe des 25 bracelets cuirs classiques non intégrés à anses droites, ou des bracelets en caoutchouc intégrés à anses rigides empêchant l'adaptabilité à d'autres modèles, mais aucun bracelet cuir parfaitement intégré. Le bracelet présenté ici cumule les avantages du bracelet cuir et du bracelet caoutchouc puisqu'il s'agit d'une âme en caoutchouc qui est gainée de cuir sur le 30 dessus et les extrémités, par simple collage (colle néoprène® ou colles à eau non réactivables), teintée et astiquée sur les tranches, et cousue pour un effet artisanal « sellier ». En outre le bracelet, souple à l'attache montre permet une adaptabilité à 100% des montres Rolex® d'entrecorne de 20mm, soit 90% de la production de cette marque Suisse qui produit environ 100.000 montres par an.
