Abstract

L'invention concerne une structure (10) de châssis de véhicule automobile équipée d'au moins une suspension comprenant une jambe de force reliant une roue au châssis. De chaque côté de la structure, une cloison latérale (14) comporte : - une paroi intérieure (16) présentant des faces externe (16a) et interne (16b) opposées, une partie verticale sensiblement plane et une concavité (18), - une paroi de passage de roue (22) présentant un bord (24) incurvé solidaire de la paroi intérieure (16). Une ouverture (26) ménagée dans la concavité (18) est fermée par un élément formant coupelle (28) et son élément de support (30). Selon l'invention, la structure comprend : - un premier élément de renfort (32) reliant l'élément formant coupelle (28) et la paroi intérieure (16), - un deuxième élément de renfort (34) solidarisé à la face interne (16b) de la paroi intérieure (16) afin de définir un corps creux (36) longitudinal au dessus de la concavité (18).The invention relates to a structure (10) of a motor vehicle chassis equipped with at least one suspension comprising a strut connecting a wheel to the chassis.
