Abstract

Siège permettant d'ajuster sur un ou plusieurs dossiers (1) des coussins (3) partiellement ou en totalité. La présente invention concerne les sièges permettant à chaque utilisateur d'ajuster des coussins en fonction des points d'appuis souhaités pour atténuer voire éviter les douleurs dorsales. Il est constitué de trois éléments principaux comprenant au minimum a) un dossier (1) réglable amovible b) un support de base sur piètement incluant les montants (2) et l'assise (10) c) un à deux kits (7) coussins. Ledit dossier est inséré dans les montants rainurés du support de base et en appui sur les cales pivotantes (5) de l'assise qui lui servent également de butées. Lorsque lesdites cales sont actionnées par l'utilisateur en position verticale elles ré-haussent d'autant le dossier. Plusieurs hauteurs peuvent ainsi être obtenues : minimum, intermédiaire, haute. 1 La présente invention concerne les sièges permettant à une ou plusieurs personnes de régler la hauteur de leur dossier respectif et d'y ajuster des coussins selon les points d'appui souhaités pour atténuer, voire éviter des douleurs dorsales. L'invention est plus particulièrement destinée, mais pas exclusivement, aux logements privés et aux établissements sensibilisés par le bien être de l'individu pour un usage en intérieur et extérieur. Concernant la dénomination du mot siège, objet de l'invention, est nommé siège une structure de base sur piètement munie d'au moins une assise sur support à assembler avec son dossier respectif comme par exemple non limitatif une chaise ou un canapé, la surface dudit dossier permettant d'ajuster des coussins. Le domaine de l'ameublement doit répondre à certaines normes comme notamment la norme 150 71731989 Ameublement déterminant la résistance et la durabilité des chaises et des tabourets. Les différences de dimensions entre les chaises et les canapés concernent surtout la hauteur d'assise et le degré d'inclinaison du dossier en plus des différences de hauteur et largeur. Le siège selon l'invention permet d'apporter une solution à cet inconvénient. Il comporte selon une première caractéristique au moins un dossier amovible réglable en hauteur à assembler avec les autres éléments de l'invention s'y rapportant : un à deux « kits coussins» et un support de base sur piétement composé principalement de deux montants et d'une assise munie de cales de réglage. Chaque dossier comporte une surface ajourée pouvant être bombée conçue avec un décrochement si nécessaire pour obtenir la surface du dossier nivelée avec celle des montants rainurés (2) du support. Ledit dossier est inséré dans les montants rainurés du support de base et réglé à la hauteur souhaitée avec les cales pivotantes intégrées dans l'assise correspondante prolongée d'un rebord à l'arrière. Lesdites cales (5) munies chacune d'une encoche ou saillie et d'une broche peuvent être disposées par 4 (2 tailles différentes) ou par 3 (cale centrale plus imposante que les deux autres) et sont soit laissées horizontales pour une hauteur minimum, soit positionnées verticalement par l'utilisateur pour une hauteur intermédiaire ou haute. Pour maintenir les coussins repositionnables horizontalement ou verticalement et reliés entre eux sur leur dossier, des attaches comme par exemple non limitatif des anneaux sont insérés dans les trous de la surface du dossier (éventuellement sur des crochets à l'arrière du dossier) et dans les oeillets disposés sur deux extensions de tissu formant un angle sur le tissu de protection de chaque coussin, éventuellement sur la housse de protection, maintiens rendus possible grâce au fait que le dossier soit ajouré. L'assise est fixée sur un socle avec piètement et peut être incurvée pour permettre la mise en place de coussins. La forme, la taille, et la densité desdits coussins utilisés pour le siège de l'invention ne sont pas restrictives, ils peuvent aussi être superposés maintenus avec des attaches supplémentaires. Les coussins et accessoires non utilisés sont stockés dans leur(s) kit(s) de rangement qui sont positionnés sur une charnière dépassant sous l'assise pour stabilisation. Selon des modes particuliers de réalisation : - Le dossier de l'invention et (ou) l'assise du support de base correspondante sont constitués d'une structure préformée selon différentes morphologies et pouvant être amovible(s) 10 - Les montants du support de base sont divisés en deux parties au niveau de l'assise: ils se prolongent verticalement jusqu'au sol assurant ainsi la fonction des pieds arrière de l'invention et se divisent pour se prolonger horizontalement sous l'assise assurant ainsi la fonction de support d'assise. Les dessins annexés illustrent l'invention : - La figure 1 représente le siège de l'invention sans coussin, cales horizontales 15 - La figure 2 représente le siège de l'invention avec coussins disposés partiellement, cales verticales. En référence à ces dessins le siège comporte un dossier (1) dont les deux extrémités rigides latérales sont insérées dans les montants (2) rainurés du support de base et une surface ajourée permettant d'accrocher les anneaux entre les oeillets de la toile de protection des coussins (3) et la surface ajourée du dossier. Le support de base comporte 2 montants rainurés(2), une assise (10) prolongée d'un rebord (4) arrière et munie 20 d'une cavité dans laquelle sont insérées les cales pivotantes (5) servant de butée et d'appui au dossier (1). Une fois actionnées en position verticale par deux identiques, ces cales (5) élèvent d'autant le dossier (1). Le support de base comporte également le socle de l'assise sur lequel est fixé le piétement (6) de l'invention. Les coussins et anneaux restants sont stockés dans un kit (7)à la base de l'invention et en appui au sol. Ledit kit est muni d'une poche externe (9) plus ou moins grande servant à déposer un objet comme à titre d'exemples 25 non limitatifs une télécommande ou une tablette.
