Description
OF THE INVENTION The invention relates to a stamping press. More particularly, the invention relates to a lower casting press frame. A stamping press generally comprises a lower frame comprising a receiving surface intended to receive different stamping tools according to the stamp to be shaped. The lower frame generally comprises two locating pins projecting from the receiving surface to position each of the tools on the frame. The pins are generally in abutment against the side edges of the tools and the receipt of different tools on the lower frame generally requires a manipulation of the pins in corresponding housing. This manipulation of the pieces is time consuming during tool changes. Patent document FR 2 326 247 A1 discloses a stamping tool comprising a lower frame forming a receiving surface of a die. The lower frame comprises two pins which are intended for positioning the matrix on the receiving surface of the frame. The frame further includes orifices for fixing the die on the frame. The two positioning pins project from the receiving surface under the elastic force of a spring of great stiffness, each of the pins having a conical positioning surface with respect to the matrix. Upon receipt of the die, the conical surfaces of the pins cooperate with corresponding surfaces of the die so as to guide the die on the frame. When clamping the die on the frame, the pins are pushed against the springs and the conical guide surfaces of the pins conform to the corresponding surfaces in the matrix. This teaching is interesting in that the pions ensure a precise positioning of the matrix on the frame. It is however limited for tools including positioning surfaces located under the surface of the tool. In addition, it provides for the positioning of only one tool, or at least one type of tool comprising a reference surface of contact with the frame. The object of the invention is to propose a solution that overcomes the disadvantages of the state of the art, in particular of the state of the art mentioned above. More particularly, the object of the invention is to provide a bottom casting tooling drawing solution which facilitates the positioning of stamping tools 3035342 2, in particular when these tools have different contact surfaces with the frame. The invention relates to a lower frame for stamping press, intended to receive a stamping tool and comprising: a body with an upper face 5 for receiving the tool; positioning pins of the tool, slidably mounted in the body, protruding from the upper surface under the effect of an elastic force and able to fit completely into the body; remarkable in that the pins are grouped on at least one area of the upper surface, said or each of said areas corresponding to less than half, preferably less than a quarter, of said area. According to particular embodiments, the lower frame may comprise one or more of the following characteristics, taken separately or in any technically possible combination: the pions on the zone or each of the zones are at least three in number, Preferably at least five. - The upper surface comprises two main axes preferably perpendicular, the pins on the zone or at least one of the zones are distributed over said zone along one of said axes. - The upper surface extends along a longitudinal axis, the pins being distributed along said axis on two opposite zones along said axis. - The upper surface is rectangular. - The pawns on an area form with the pawns of the opposite zone pairs of pins located symmetrically with respect to a median transverse axis perpendicular to the longitudinal axis. 25 - The or each zone is located laterally and away from the center of the receiving surface. - Each of the pins comprises a cylindrical outer surface sliding in the body, a portion of said surface being intended, when the pin is projecting, to serve as a stop to the tool. Each of the pins comprises a horizontal upper surface intended to come into contact with the underside of the tool upon receipt of said tool on the frame. Each of the pegs comprises a rounded surface extending between the upper horizontal surface and the cylindrical surface. - The horizontal surfaces have a diameter greater than 60% of the diameter of the cylindrical surfaces, preferably greater than 80%. - Each of the pins is supported on a coil spring. Each of the pins comprises a cylindrical base housed in the spring. 10 - Each of the pins forms a shoulder abutting on the upper face of the spring. The invention may also relate to a stamping press comprising a lower frame; said press being intended to receive on said frame, selectively, different stamping tools, remarkable in that the lower frame 15 is in accordance with the invention. The measures of the invention are interesting in that the lower frame facilitates the positioning of stamping tools. Indeed, the pieces are not handled during a tool change. Each of the positioning pins of the or each zone is intended either to position a corresponding tool or to be pushed into the body of the frame by a different tool. The lower frame according to the invention thus reduces the cost of manufacturing stampings when tool changes are to be made. Other features and advantages of the present invention will be better understood from the description and the drawings, of which: FIG. 1 is a plan view of a lower frame for a stamping press according to FIG. invention; - Figure 2 is a vertical sectional view of the lower frame of Figure 1 a stamping tool being in position on the frame; Figure 3 is a sectional view of a portion of the lower frame; Figure 1 is a top view of a lower frame 2 for stamping press according to the invention. The lower frame 2 comprises a body 3 and an upper receiving surface 4 for a stamping tool. The upper surface 4 is 5 of rectangular shape and extends along a longitudinal main axis "L", axis in which are distributed positioning pins 6 and 6 'housed in orifices 7 of the body 3, the pins being intended to serve lateral stop for the tool. The positioning pins 6 and 6 'are at least three, preferably at least five, grouped in groups on two opposite zones 8 and 8' of the receiving surface in the longitudinal direction "L". These two opposite zones 8 and 8 'correspond to less than half of the receiving surface 4, preferably less than a quarter of this area, they are located here laterally away from the center of the receiving surface. The lower frame 2 comprises a second main median axis "K" perpendicular to the longitudinal axis "L". The pins 6 on one of the two zones 8 form with the pins 6 'of the opposite zone 8' pairs of pins which are located symmetrically with respect to the axis "K". This measurement is interesting in that each of the tools, intended to be arranged selectively on the frame, can be centered on the receiving surface.
A stamping tool 10 is in position on the frame. We can see the body 3 of the lower frame, the upper surface 4 of the tool receiving, and pins 6 and 6 'housed in two of the orifices 7 as introduced in relation to Figure 1. The pins 6 and 6' are visible on both sides of the tool 10, they comprise a cylindrical outer surface 13, able to form, on receiving the tool, a lateral abutment of the tool; they also comprise a horizontal upper surface 14 intended, on receiving another tool, to come into contact with the underside of the other tool. The positioning pins 6 and 6 'are in this case protruding from the upper surface 4 on an elastic force, they are slidably mounted in the body 3 thanks to the cylindrical surfaces 13; they can be pushed back completely into the body. FIG. 3 is an enlarged view of a portion of the lower frame 2 comprising two positioning pins 6 situated on the zone 8 of the frame on receipt of a tool 10.
The cylindrical outer surface 13 and the horizontal top surface 14 of the pins can be seen. On the left in the image, the pin 6 is projecting from the upper receiving surface 4 bearing against a helical spring 15, itself housed in one of the orifices 7 of the frame 2; it can be seen that an upper portion 16 of the cylindrical surface 13 serves as a stop for the tool. The upper portion 16 of the cylindrical surface 13 corresponds in this case to the entire surface 13; it may, in another embodiment, include only a portion of this outer surface 13, the remaining portion being slidable in the body while the pin is projecting. The pin 6 finally comprises a cylindrical base 18 housed in the helical spring 15; the pin 6 also forms a shoulder 20 serving to support the pin against the spring 15. This measurement is interesting to facilitate the positioning of the pins 6 on the springs 15. To the right on the image, we can see another pin 6 in support against another spring and in a position pushed back into the body 3 of the frame 2 by the tool 10. It can be seen that the peg comprises a rounded surface 22 extending between the horizontal upper surface 14 and the cylindrical outer surface. The horizontal surface 14 has a diameter greater than 60% of the diameter of the cylindrical surface 13, preferably greater than 80%. This measurement is interesting to prevent the pins from lodging in small holes under the face of the tool. This measurement also facilitates the raising of the pins 20 from their pushed position to their projecting position during the positioning of the tool 10.
