Abstract
La présente invention concerne un procédé de gestion automatisée des modes d'assistance à la conduite d'un véhicule automobile comportant successivement les étapes suivantes : - vérification de la présence des mains du conducteur sur le volant et de celle de ses pieds sur les pédales (100) ; - détermination, en cas d'absence des mains sur le volant et/ou des pieds sur les pédales, du ou des modes d'assistance à la conduite potentiellement activables en fonction du contexte de conduite (200) ; et - activation automatique du mode d'assistance à la conduite offrant le niveau de délégation le plus élevé parmi ceux potentiellement activables (300).
