Description

The present invention relates to a device that makes it possible to transform and realize the swimming pools, terraces, shade roofs, fences, or any floor (designed in blades or hollow planks or honeycomb) in solar heaters. The present realization of solar heaters, for heating water under the effect of solar radiation, is traditionally composed of panels with limited dimensions; for technical reasons (weight), size and aesthetics, which makes them very inefficient. The device according to the invention overcomes these disadvantages. In recent years, the market has proposed for the realization of swimming pools, terraces, shade roofs, fences or floors, blades or planks hollow or honeycomb (fig 1). The invention consists in the design of interface pieces that allow water to circulate in the cells or recesses of these blades or boards, with complete sealing, in order to transform them into solar radiators. The invention consists in the design of three specific interface parts. Water inlet and outlet interface (fig 2), lateral hydraulic connection interface between the boards or boards (fig 3) hydraulic splicing interface of the boards (fig 4). The accompanying drawings illustrate the invention: FIG. (1) shows a commercial hollow core blade and the machining to be performed. Figure (2) shows the hydraulic interface part that allows the water inlet, the water outlet and the hydraulic shunts, depending on the configuration of the installation. Figure (3) shows the hydraulic interface piece that allows the continuity of the water circuit between the side blades. Figure (4) shows the hydraulic interface piece that allows hydraulic splicing of the blades.

Figure (1) of the abstract represents a complete application of the facility. With reference to these drawings the device comprises FIG. 1, a representation of a cellular blade (1) with its lateral lips (2) and its cells (3) its end cap (6). It is machined: the machining (4) allows a good sealing support with a seal, the machining (5) allows the passage of water from the blade or board to the interface piece. These machining are studied for a good seal and a minimal pressure drop. The input / output interface piece fig2 consists of a machined or cast housing (1) made of polyethylene or other stainless material, comprising a machining (2) to ensure the proper hydraulic passage section, of four holes allowing compression by screws (3) 3033872 2 fixed on the lips of the blades (drilled on demand) and compressing the seal (4), a glued tube (5) for connection with a hydraulic hose. Each side interface piece fig 3 consists of a machined or cast housing (1) polyethylene or other. It comprises a machining (2) to ensure the right hydraulic passage section; machining (3) to ensure the lateral passage of water from one blade or board to another; four holes on each of the two lateral interface pieces allow compression by screws (4) fixed on the lips of the blades or boards (drilled on demand) and compress the seal (5); two holes allow the lateral compression by screw (6) of the seal (7). This provision has been provided to allow great ease of side mounting boards or 10 boards, one by one, on joists during installations. Two identical parts are needed to ensure hydraulic continuity. They are geometrically designed with a polar center allowing them to be used for blades or planks parallel or perpendicular (Four positions at 90 ° are possible). Different machining is proposed to allow the realization of two or more groupings of cells which allows to have several separate water circuits. Example: pool water and sanitary water. The tightening keys fig 4 consist of machined parts (1) made of stainless steel. Two tapped holes (2) allow the fixing of the keys on the lip (3) (drilled on demand) of each blade or board by means of the screws (4); A smooth hole (6) allows the passage of a screw (5) to a threaded hole (7) for compressing the seal (8) mounted at the end of the blades or boards; 20 an oblong hole allows the passage of the screw and its easy access. The cover (9) allows the adjustment of the blade or board with his partner. Four identical parts are required to seal the seal. These four pieces are absolutely identical for economic reasons. The fig for abbreviated (1) represents a concrete case of a swimming pool equipped with the invention.

It is possible to distinguish: the arrangement of the honeycomb blades (3), the point of entry of the cold water (1), the point of return of the hot water (2), the locations of the interface pieces of inlet / outlet (7), the locations of the lateral interface parts (4), the locations of the tightening keys (5), the two shunts (6) which ensure the continuity of the circuit between the different zones of the pool area according to its configuration.
