Claims (11)
- REVENDICATIONS1. Procédé de traitement d'une pièce (10, 110), comprenant le dépôt d'un revêtement anodisable (20, 120) sur au moins une première partie (12) de la pièce et l'oxydation par micro-arc dudit revêtement (20, 120).
- 2. Procédé de traitement selon la revendication 1, dans lequel la première partie (12) de la pièce est en matériau anodisable ou non anodisable.
- 3. Procédé de traitement selon la revendication 1 ou 2, dans lequel le revêtement anodisable (20, 120) est formé essentiellement par un ou plusieurs métaux choisis dans le groupe constitué du titane, de l'aluminium, du magnésium, du vanadium, du hafnium, du tantale, du tungstène, du niobium et du zirconium.
- 4. Procédé de traitement selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, dans lequel le dépôt est réalisé par au moins l'un des procédés suivants : projection thermique de particules de poudre fondues, projection thermique de particules de poudre chaudes, projection fil arc fabrication additive, dépôt physique en phase gazeuse, dépôt chimique en phase gazeuse, dépôt ionique en phase vapeur, dépôt par placage, dépôt par procédé électrochimique.
- 5. Procédé de traitement selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, comprenant en outre une étape de polissage du revêtement (20, 120) après l'oxydation.
- 6. Procédé de traitement selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, comprenant en outre, avant l'étape d'oxydation, l'application d'un 303 19 89 17 masque (14) empêchant le dépôt du revêtement (20) ou l'oxydation du revêtement sur une deuxième partie (13) de la pièce (10).
- 7. Pièce (10, 110) comprenant une première partie (12) revêtue d'un 5 revêtement (20, 120) comprenant d'un matériau anodisable oxydé, le matériau anodisable (20, 120) ayant une composition chimique différente de celle du matériau de la première partie (12).
- 8. Pièce selon la revendication 7, dans laquelle le revêtement (20, 10 120) ne contient aucun oxyde dérivé du matériau de la première partie (12).
- 9. Pièce selon la revendication 7 ou 8, dans laquelle l'épaisseur du revêtement (20, 120) est comprise entre 5pm et 300pm. 15
- 10. Pièce selon l'une quelconque des revendications 7 à 9, dans laquelle la couche superficielle (26, 126) du revêtement est poreuse.
- 11. Turbomachine comprenant une pièce (10, 110) selon l'une 20 quelconque des revendications 7 à 10.
