Le dispositif de centralisation comporte des moyens d'émission et de réception de données vers le dispositif de contrôle ainsi qu'un logiciel de centralisation. Le dispositif de contrôle comporte un bloc optique de détection de véhicules en infraction sur le domaine public routier et un terminal de contrôle, le bloc optique comprenant des moyens d'émission et de réception de données vers le terminal de contrôle, et le terminal de contrôle comprenant des moyens de détermination d'une zone géographique, ainsi qu'un logiciel de contrôle comportant des moyens de pilotage du bloc optique, des moyens de corrélation entre des données, ainsi que des moyens de cryptage de données. Ledit procédé comporte une étape de paramétrage du terminal de contrôle pour détecter un ensemble d'infractions aux règles d'usage du domaine public routier, une étape d'activation du bloc optique et d'acquisition de données, notamment des plaques d'immatriculation, des véhicules relevant dudit ensemble d'infractions, une étape de transmission desdites données vers le terminal de contrôle, une étape de compilation de rapports log à partir desdites données par le logiciel de contrôle, une étape de transmission desdits rapports log vers le dispositif de centralisation, une étape d'analyse desdits rapports log par le logiciel de centralisation pour identifier des véhicules ventouses ainsi qu'en infraction de stationnement, ainsi qu'une étape de compilation de rapports d'infraction.The invention relates to a system and a method for acquiring contextual data and identifying vehicles, said system comprising a data centralization device as well as a control device.
