Abstract
L'invention concerne un système et un procédé d'acquisition de données contextuelles et d'identification de véhicules, ledit système comportant un dispositif de centralisation de données ainsi qu'un dispositif de contrôle. Le dispositif de centralisation comporte des moyens d'émission et de réception de données vers le dispositif de contrôle ainsi qu'un logiciel de centralisation. Le dispositif de contrôle comporte un bloc optique de détection de véhicules en infraction sur le domaine public routier et un terminal de contrôle, le bloc optique comprenant des moyens d'émission et de réception de données vers le terminal de contrôle, et le terminal de contrôle comprenant des moyens de détermination d'une zone géographique, ainsi qu'un logiciel de contrôle comportant des moyens de pilotage du bloc optique, des moyens de corrélation entre des données, ainsi que des moyens de cryptage de données. Ledit procédé comporte une étape de paramétrage du terminal de contrôle pour détecter un ensemble d'infractions aux règles d'usage du domaine public routier, une étape d'activation du bloc optique et d'acquisition de données, notamment des plaques d'immatriculation, des véhicules relevant dudit ensemble d'infractions, une étape de transmission desdites données vers le terminal de contrôle, une étape de compilation de rapports log à partir desdites données par le logiciel de contrôle, une étape de transmission desdits rapports log vers le dispositif de centralisation, une étape d'analyse desdits rapports log par le logiciel de centralisation pour identifier des véhicules ventouses ainsi qu'en infraction de stationnement, ainsi qu'une étape de compilation de rapports d'infraction.The invention relates to a system and a method for acquiring contextual data and identifying vehicles, said system comprising a data centralization device as well as a control device. Said method comprises a step of configuring the control terminal to detect a set of violations of the rules of use of the public road domain, a step of activating the optical unit and acquiring data, in particular license plates, vehicles falling under said set of offenses, a step of transmitting said data to the control terminal, a step of compiling log reports from said data by the monitoring software, a step of transmitting said log reports to the centralization device , a step of analyzing said log reports by the centralization software to identify vehicles with suction cups as well as parking violations, as well as a step of compiling violation reports.
