Claims (5)
- REVENDICATIONS1/ Procédé de préparation d'une composition destinée à un traitement de plante, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend les étapes suivantes consistant à réaliser i.) un broyage de graines oléagineuses dans un milieu de broyage aqueux, puis ; ii.) une hydrolyse enzymatique de triglycérides du broyat de graines oléagineuses obtenu à l'étape i.), ladite hydrolyse enzymatique étant 10 obtenue par action d'au moins une lipase en milieu aqueux et dans des conditions adaptées pour permettre une libération d'acides gras par effet de ladite hydrolyse enzymatique des triglycérides et former un hydrolysat, puis ; iii.) une séparation, à partir de l'hydrolysat, d'une émulsion, d'un résidu solide et d'une phase aqueuse, puis ; 15 iv.) un mélange de ladite émulsion avec au moins une substance active choisie dans le groupe formé des substances phytopharmaceutiques, des agents de fertilisation et des nutriments de plantes.
- 2/ Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'on réalise le mélange visé à l'étape iv.) d'au moins une substance active et de 20 l'émulsion d'acides gras par homogénéisation à haute pression.
- 3/ Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce qu'on réalise l'hydrolyse enzymatique en milieu aqueux visée à l'étape ii.) dans un homogénéisateur à haute pression.
- 4/ Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé 25 en ce qu'on réalise la séparation visée à l'étape iii.) du résidu solide, de la phase aqueuse et de ladite émulsion par centrifugation.
- 5/ Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce qu'on utilise au moins une lipase choisie dans le groupe des lipases produites par un végétal, des lipases produites par un micro-organisme et des isoformes de ces 30 lipases. 3029738 6/ Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce qu'on choisit les graines oléagineuses dans le groupe formé des graines de colza, des graines de tournesol, des graines de soja, des graines de lin, des graines de pastel, des graines de cameline, des graines de crambe, des graines de fruits à coques. 7/ Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que le milieu de broyage aqueux visé à l'étape i.) est choisi dans le groupe formé des solutions aqueuses tamponnées, des solutions aqueuses salines et de l'eau. 8/ Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce que lors de l'étape i.) de broyage on met en contact les graines oléagineuses et le milieu de broyage aqueux, le rapport de la masse de graines oléagineuses rapportée sur la somme des masses des graines et du milieu de broyage aqueux étant de valeur inférieure à 0,2 ; puis on soumet le mélange obtenu au broyage proprement dit. 9/ Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisé en ce qu'on choisit au moins une substance active dans le groupe formé des substances actives sur la germination de semences, des substances de contrôle de la croissance de plantes, des substances de contrôle du développement de plantes et des substances stimulatrices de la photosynthèse. 10/ Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 9, caractérisé en ce qu' au moins une substance phytopharmaceutique est choisie dans le groupe formé des substances fongicides, des substances fongistatiques, des substances bactéricides, des substances . bactériostatiques, des substances insecticides, des substances acaricides, des substances herbicides, des substances parasiticides, des substances nématicides et des substances rodenticides, des substances taupicides, des substances corvifuges, des substances corvicides, des substances molluscicides, des substances répulsives des oiseaux et du gibier. 11/ Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 10, 30 caractérisé en ce qu'on choisit au moins une substance phytopharmaceutique dans le groupe formé des substances stimulatrices des défenses naturelles de plante. 3029738 12/ Procédé selon la revendication 11, caractérisé en ce qu'on choisit au moins une substance phytopharmaceutique dans le groupe formé des enzymes de dégradation de la cellulose à activité stimulatrice des défenses naturelles de plante et des polysaccharides à activité stimulatrice des défenses 5 naturelles de plante. 13/ Composition obtenue par un procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 12 et comprenant une émulsion d'acides gras issue d'une hydrolyse enzymatique in situ de triglycérides d'un broyat de graines oléagineuses par au moins une lipase, 10 caractérisée en ce qu'elle comprend aussi au moins une substance active choisie dans le groupe formé des substances phytopharmaceutiques, des agents de fertilisation et des nutriments de plantes. 14/ Composition selon la revendication 13, caractérisée en ce qu'elle comprend au moins l'un -notamment chacun- des constituants des graines 15 oléagineuses et choisi dans le groupe formé : - au moins un phospholipide des graines oléagineuses ; - du glycérol ; - au moins une oléosine, et ; - au moins une lipase, et.; 20 - au moins un constituant mineur issu des graines et choisi dans le groupe formé de la vitamine E et des stérols de plantes. 15/ Procédé de traitement de plante dans lequel on applique sur lesdites plantes une quantité efficace de composition selon l'une des revendications 13 ou 14. 25
