Claims (10)
- REVENDICATIONS1. Dispositif (11) pour améliorer la conduction d'un flux d'énergie thermique et/ou électrique à la surface et à l'intérieur d'une paroi (14) en matériau composite comportant des éléments conducteurs (15) agencés dans les directions parallèles à la surface de la paroi (14), le dispositif (11) étant configuré pour être monté sur ladite paroi (14), caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte une base conductrice (12), depuis une surface de laquelle s'étirent des prolongements (13), ou inserts, conducteurs, formant des griffes ou des picots, répartis sur la surface de la base conductrice (14) et s'étirant suivant une direction non incluse dans le plan de la base conductrice; configurés pour pouvoir pénétrer dans la paroi (14) de façon à amener la base conductrice (12) au contact de la surface externe de la paroi (14), la face de la base conductrice (12) en contact avec la paroi (14) ayant un relief adapté au relief de la paroi au niveau de la zone de contact; chaque insert (13) ayant une longueur suffisante pour traverser au moins partiellement l'épaisseur de la paroi (14) considérée de façon à entrer en contact avec les différents éléments conducteurs (15) pour former des voies conductrices d'énergie reliant les différents éléments conducteurs (15) entre eux et les différents éléments conducteurs (15) à la base conductrice (12); la géométrie et les dimensions d'un insert (13) étant définies de façon à favoriser le transfert d'énergie par conduction entre l'insert et les éléments conducteurs (15) tout en permettant à l'insert (13) de pénétrer dans l'épaisseur de la paroi (14) en limitant l'endommagement et le déplacement des renforts et autres éléments potentiellement constitutifs de la paroi.

Dispositif (11) selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la base conductrice (12) est dimensionnée de façon à constituer, lorsque le dispositif est monté sur la paroi (14), une zone d'interface entre la face externe de la paroi (14) et la face externe d'un élément (21) contre lequel elle est placée. 3026981 14

Dispositif (11) selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce qu'il est constitué par une plaque métallique façonnée dans laquelle sont partiellement détourées des formes, lesdites formes présentant un côté non découpé au niveau duquel elles restent 10 attachées à la plaque, lesdites formes étant repliées à l'équerre par rapport à la plaque métallique le long du côté non découpé, la plaque métallique ainsi façonnée constituant la base conductrice (12) et les formes repliées constituant des pointes plates reliées par leur base à la base conductrice, ces pointes formant les inserts (13). 15

Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce qu'il est constitué par une plaque métallique ou en matériau conducteur formant la base conductrice (12) sur laquelle sont fixés des prolongements en forme de pointes de section constante ou 20 décroissante à partir de la base, orientés suivant une direction non incluse dans le plan de la plaque métallique formant la base conductrice, lesdits prolongements formant les inserts (13) du dispositif. 25
- 6. Dispositif selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que la base conductrice (12) étant une plaque métallique les prolongements sont des prolongements métalliques fixés à la surface de la base conductrice par soudage par friction. 30

Procédé pour mettre en oeuvre le dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes sur une paroi (14) en matériau composite, caractérisé en ce que les inserts (13) dudit dispositif sont insérés au travers des différentes couches (15) de la préforme constituant le matériau composite jusqu'à ce que la base conductrice (12) soit en contact avec la surface externe de la préforme, l'insertion étant réalisée avant durcissement de la matrice d'imprégnation du matériau composite. 3026981 15
- 8. Procédé selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que les inserts (13) du dispositif sont insérés dans une préforme sèche, l'imprégnation de la préforme par la résine constituant le matériau 5 composite étant réalisée après mise en place du dispositif.
- 9. Procédé selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que les inserts (13) du dispositif sont insérés dans une préforme pré-imprégnée par la résine constituant le matériau composite.
