Description
The present invention relates to a device for sealing valve outlets in plasterboard partitions. To install valves at the end of the partition, it is first necessary to fix the elbow which is installed at the end of the pipe and which goes down into the partition to bring the water.
Currently, the attachment of the elbow is made with a fixing kit comprising a plate that remains permanently on the wall. It is fixed in the corners with dowels and screws and in the center, either by screws with round ends, or by clips. The plate will remain visible if the partition is not tiled later. If the partition is intended to be tiled, tilers will be hampered by the current central fastening methods: screws or clips, which can not be removed because they hold the elbow. The device according to the invention overcomes these disadvantages. Indeed, it comprises, according to a first feature, a transparent plastic plate which is not definitively fixed in the partition. It comprises, according to a second feature, a threaded coil equipped with a threaded nut passing through a hole centered downwardly of the plate and fitting the elbow fitting coming out of the partition. By screwing these tips with each other, they will ensure the temporary fixation of the device for injecting plaster. No apparent means of fixation will therefore be necessary. It comprises, according to a third characteristic, an orifice located at the top of the plate through which a plaster screw passes. Once screwed to the wall, the plate will be held flat on the wall. This screw will be removed when disassembling the device. It comprises, according to a fourth characteristic, an orifice in the plate for injecting the plaster. After about two hours, the plaster will have taken and the device can be unscrewed. Only then will the end of the elbow fitting of the pipe surrounded by plaster appear. No screws or 25 clips will prevent the work of the tiler later. If the plasterboard is not tiled, no device will appear. The attached drawings illustrate the invention: FIG. 1 represents a view from above of the device of the invention. Figure 2 shows an exploded view of the device of the invention. Figure 3 shows the section of the assembly of the device of the invention on a wall. With reference to these drawings, the device comprises a plate (1) of clear plastic plexiglass type 250 mm long, 150 mm wide and 8 mm thick with a hole (2) located downwards. and centered with a diameter of 24 mm. Two lines are drawn: one vertical and centered, the other horizontal and passing at the center of the orifice (2). These 5 lines can then coincide in transparency with those plumbers draw on the wall to prepare the installation of the outlets. A threaded spool (3) with a thread pitch of 15/21 and a length of 100 mm passes through the hole (2) of the plate (1) and is screwed to the elbow (7) which comes out of the partition. The tightening is finalized by the threaded nut (4) placed on the threaded coil (3). These screwing maneuvers 10 are done by hand. The threaded nut (4) has a decrease in thickness to two thirds of its length. The refined part enters the centered orifice (2) while the flat and widened portion is applied on the top of the plate (1), thus ensuring squaring of the elbow (7) in the partition. In order for the plate (1) to be held flat on the partition, it is fixed with a plaster screw which passes through a centered orifice (6) upwards. The plate (1) is then fixed temporarily on the partition. The plaster can be injected to the level of the plate (1) through the orifice (5) of diameter 24 mm located just near the centered orifice (2). The orifice (5) is placed according to the arrangement of the pipe in the partition. If the pipe comes from the bottom, the plaster is injected through the orifice placed downwards; the plate (1) is screwed from the top. If the pipe comes from above, the hole is placed upwards to inject the plaster and the plate (1) is screwed downwards. The plaster injection work is facilitated by the transparent material of the plate (1). Indeed, we see perfectly the filling level of the plaster through it. For the injection of the plaster, a pump is used, for example: a pump to unclog the toilet from which the tip has been removed. After 2 hours minimum, the plaster has taken and the plate (1) can be unscrewed for reuse. On the bulkhead, only the hole in the partition containing the end of the bent fitting (6) surrounded by plaster is apparent.
Regarding the orifice of the partition, it must be at least 90 mm in diameter to coincide with the orifice (6) used to inject the plaster. This diameter also allows plumbers to pass fingers to add glass wool.
Le dispositif s'adapte parfaitement quelque soit le type ou la taille de ceux-ci.3025280 3 In the case of partitions, they are usually insulated with glass wool. This does not interfere with the injection of plaster into the partition; on the contrary, the glass wool is a barrier preventing the plaster from falling before it takes. Plumbers must also add through the opening of the partition, it is missing or not, to be 5 assured that the cast will remain in place. It suffices that they push down, to the left and to the right, a few centimeters from the orifice to form a "mold". Regarding the plaster, it must be of creamy consistency so that it can be sucked without difficulty and reinject it into the orifice of the partition without it dripping. To facilitate pumping, it is better to place the prepared plaster in a bucket high enough (avoid any flat container which may cause air intake during suction plaster). The pump should be cleaned by repeatedly drawing water from a bucket. It can thus be reused. As for the pipes and elbow fittings, there are several models. The device fits perfectly regardless of the type or size thereof.
The device according to the invention is particularly intended for plumbers who fix outlets in plasterboard partitions to then install faucets.
