Claims (11)
- REVENDICATIONS1. Diffuseur radial (12) destiné à l'alimentation en air d'une chambre de combustion dans une turbomachine, le diffuseur radial comportant deux flasques annulaires (22, 24) reliés par des pales (26) qui sont fixées à l'un au moins desdits flasques par des alliages de brasage, caractérisé en ce que les alliages de brasage (33) sont ductiles.
- 2. Diffuseur radial selon la revendication 1, dans lequel le ou chaque flasque annulaire (22, 24) auquel sont fixées les pales (26) comporte des ajours (34) que l'une au moins des extrémités des pales (26) traverse et où les alliages ductiles de brasage sont situés.
- 3. Diffuseur radial selon la revendication 2 dans lequel les extrémités des pales qui traversent les ajours (34) définissent des excroissances (260) locales sur les pales.
- 4. Diffuseur radial selon la revendication 2 ou 3, dans lequel les extrémités des pales (26) qui traversent les ajours (34) s'étendent au-delà des ajours et de la face opposée du ou de chaque flasque annulaire (22, 24) auquel sont fixées les pales (26), et ces extrémités de pales sont retenues à l'encontre de leur retrait hors des ajours par des moyens (56) d'assemblage mécaniques.
- 5. Diffuseur radial selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, dans lequel seul l'un des deux flasques annulaires (22, 24) est fixé aux pales (26) par les alliages de brasage ductiles, l'autre flasque annulaire (22, 24) et les pales (26) étant monoblocs.
- 6. Diffuseur radial selon la revendication 4 ou les revendications 4 et 5, dans lequel les moyens d'assemblage mécaniques comprennent des pattes (57) engagées dans des orifices (59), des rainures (61) ou des encoches (63) formés à travers les extrémités des pales.
- 7. Diffuseur radial selon la revendication 6, dans lequel les pattes (57) sont engagées transversalement à la direction suivant laquelle les extrémités 3024887 13 des pales traversent les ajours (34), ou les pattes sont engagées de biais dans les encoches (63).
- 8. Diffuseur radial selon la revendication 6 ou 7, dans lequel les pattes (57) sont courbées, par exemple en L, et appartiennent à un anneau (570) qui 5 est coaxial aux flasques annulaires (22, 24) et le long duquel lesdites pattes sont réparties.
- 9. Diffuseur radial selon la revendication 6 ou 7, dans lequel les pattes se présentent comme certains au moins parmi : - des pions (574) individuels engagés côte à côte, par groupes, dans les 10 orifices (59), - des pions (574) réunis par une barrette (576) et engagées individuellement côte à côte dans les orifices (59), et - des lamelles (572) engagées chacune dans une des rainures (61).
- 10. Ensemble diffuseur (10) destiné à l'alimentation en air d'une chambre 15 de combustion dans une turbomachine, cet ensemble comprenant un diffuseur radial (12) et un diffuseur axial (14) agencé en sortie du diffuseur radial, caractérisé en ce que le diffuseur radial est conforme à celui selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 9.
- 11. Turbomachine, telle qu'un turboréacteur ou turbopropulseur d'avion, 20 caractérisée en ce qu'elle comprend un diffuseur radial (12) selon l'une des revendications 1 à 9 ou un ensemble diffuseur (10) selon la revendication 10.
