Ce dispositif comporte un substrat (1), un empilement comprenant N électrodes (E1, E2, E3, E4) numérotées 1 à N, N étant un entier supérieur ou égal à 4, l'électrode (E1) numérotée 1 étant agencée sur le substrat (1), chaque électrode (E1, E2, E3, E4) présentant un numéro pair ou impair étant notée respectivement électrode paire ou impaire, les électrodes paires (E2, E4) et impaires (E1, E3) étant respectivement reliées entre elles, un matériau (3) à base d'un polymère électroactif interposé entre deux électrodes (E1, E2, E3, E4) consécutives, le dispositif étant remarquable en ce que chaque électrode (E1, E2, E3, E4) est réalisée dans un matériau à base d'un polymère conducteur ou à base d'une encre conductrice.
