Un procédé (40) de détection par un terminal dit « terminal maître » d'au moins une émission d'un signal de présence par au moins un terminal dit « terminal de supervision » caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte les étapes suivantes : - appariement (41) d'au moins un terminal de supervision avec le terminal maître, - émission (44) par chaque terminal de supervision apparié au terminal maître d'un signal de présence à une fréquence déterminée, - détection (46) par le terminal maître du signal de présence émis par chaque terminal de supervision apparié audit terminal maître, - comparaison (47) d'une puissance d'un signal de présence de chaque terminal de supervision détecté avec au moins une valeur limite prédéterminée et - information (48) d'un utilisateur du terminal maître d'une puissance d'un signal de présence d'au moins un terminal de supervision inférieure à au moins une valeur limite prédéterminée.
