Claims (10)
- REVENDICATIONS1. Dispositif de lubrification pour une turbomachine, comportant une conduite d'arrivée d'huile (23) équipée d'une pompe (24) d'alimentation en huile et de moyens de régulation (25) situés en aval de la pompe d'alimentation (24), une conduite d'alimentation (26) destinée à alimenter en huile un organe à lubrifier (14) et une conduite (27) de recyclage d'huile, les moyens de régulation (25) permettant de diriger tout ou partie du débit d'huile issu de la conduite d'arrivée (23) vers la conduite d'alimentation (26) et/ou vers la conduite de recyclage (27), la pompe (24) étant entraînée par au moins un organe rotatif d'un relais d'accessoires de la turbomachine, caractérisé en ce que les moyens de régulation (25) comportent une vanne de dosage (29) commandée comprenant une entrée (31) reliée à la conduite d'arrivée (23) et une sortie (32) reliée à la conduite d'alimentation (26), les moyens de régulation (25) comportant en outre une vanne régulatrice (34) comprenant une entrée (35) reliée à la conduite d'arrivée (23) et une sortie (36) reliée à la conduite de recyclage (27), la position de la vanne régulatrice (34) étant commandée par les pressions d'huile (P1, P2) à l'entrée (31) et à la sortie (32) de la vanne de dosage (29).
- 2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la vanne régulatrice (34) comporte un piston (37) à position variable dont la position influe sur le débit d'huile en sortie (36) de la vanne régulatrice (34), ledit piston (37) étant apte à être soumis à un premier effort presseur généré par application d'une première pression (P1) dans une première chambre de pression (38) de la vanne régulatrice (34) et à un second effort presseur, opposé au premier effort presseur, généré par application d'une seconde pression (P2) dans une seconde chambre de pression (39) de la vanne régulatrice (34).
- 3. Dispositif selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte une première conduite de piquage (40) reliant la conduite d'arrivée (23) ou l'entrée (31) de la vanne de dosage (29) et la premièrechambre de pression (38), et une seconde conduite de piquage (41) reliant la conduite d'alimentation (26) ou la sortie (32) de la vanne de dosage (29) et la seconde chambre de pression (39).
- 4. Dispositif selon la revendication 2 ou 3, caractérisé en ce que la vanne régulatrice (34) comporte un ressort de rappel (42) apte à générer un effort de rappel sur le piston (37).
- 5. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que la vanne de dosage (29) comporte au moins une fente de dosage et un organe mobile (33) dont la position est commandée et influe sur le débit d'huile en sortie (32) de la vanne de dosage (29).
- 6. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que la vanne régulatrice (34) est dimensionnée et commandée de manière à maintenir une différence de pression constante entre la sortie (32) et l'entrée (31) de la vanne de dosage (29).
- 7. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que la conduite de recyclage (27) débouche dans la conduite d'arrivée (23), en amont de la pompe d'alimentation (24).
- 8. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte une conduite de récupération d'huile (43) apte à récupérer de l'huile issue par exemple de l'organe à lubrifier (14), ladite conduite de récupération (43) étant équipée d'une pompe de récupération (44), la conduite de recyclage (27) débouchant dans la conduite de récupération (43), en aval de la pompe de récupération (44).
- 9. Turbomachine (1), caractérisée en ce qu'elle comporte un dispositif de lubrification selon l'une des revendications 1 à 8, une première et une seconde hélices contrarotatives (12, 13) entraînées en rotation au moyen d'une turbine basse pression (9), par l'intermédiaire d'un réducteur de vitesses (14), par exemple à train épicycloïdal, la conduite d'alimentation (26) étant destinée à alimenter en huile le réducteur de vitesses (14).
- 10. Turbomachine (1) selon la revendication 9, caractérisée en ce qu'elle comporte un corps haute pression comportant uncompresseur haute pression (2) et une turbine haute-pression (3) couplés en rotation par un premier arbre (4), et un corps additionnel comportant un compresseur basse pression (5) et une turbine de pression intermédiaire (6), couplés en rotation par un second arbre (7), la vitesse de rotation de l'organe rotatif du relais d'accessoires étant dépendante de la vitesse de rotation de l'arbre du corps haute-pression.
