Abstract

Machine de conformation pour dispositif conteneur comprenant un plateau (12) à fond horizontal, deux parois longitudinales et deux parois transversales. Elle comporte d'une part un poste d'assemblage de dispositifs de renfort (130) dans le plateau de manière que le dispositif conteneur puisse comprendre un dispositif de renfort (13) rapporté dans le plateau au sein dudit poste d'assemblage et d'autre part un poste de conformation de trottoirs (131) comprenant une semelle de rabattement (173) de manière qu'un pan de trottoir du dispositif de renfort, initialement dans le prolongement du pan principal, puisse, par ladite semelle (173), être replié sensiblement à angle droit par rapport au pan principal en étant orienté horizontalement côté intérieur du plateau en déterminant, avec une tranche supérieure horizontale des parois du plateau à ses coins au raccordement des parois longitudinales et transversales, un appui de gerbage.
