Description
The technical sector of the present invention is that of domestic appliances and apparatus for storing food. For food slices and in particular for biscuits, generally use a cardboard or plastic packaging used both at the time of sale and then during the consumption of food slices. Iron or rigid plastic boxes are also used to transfer the food slices before they are consumed. These boxes have essentially a function of storage and presentation, the distribution being carried out in a conventional manner by opening the lid of the box and grabbing a food slice such as a rusk or a biscuit. It thus appears a need to provide a storage device for the food slices and in particular for rusks facilitating their distribution. The present invention aims to overcome the disadvantages of the prior art by providing a device 20 for storing and dispensing food slices such as rusks. This objective is achieved by means of a domestic appliance for storing food slices comprising a housing delimiting at least one compartment for receiving food slices, characterized in that the housing also delimits a lower space disposed under at least one vertical stack of slices. for their distribution and a lower access opening to the lower space in which is arranged at least one release member of at least a lower wafer disposed at the base of said stack, said release member being connected to the housing and movable relative thereto, the apparatus further comprising a drawer sliding through said lower opening, the drawer defining at least one receiving plate of said lower wafer for its dispensing, said release member being actuated by the drawer in lying position below the tray for receiving said lower slice on the tray or in the raised position above the drawer for the retention of the battery above said lower portion disposed on the tray. According to one particularity of the invention, the apparatus is activated entirely manually.
According to another feature of the invention, said release member is rotatable relative to the housing about an axis and comprises a hinged portion extended by a first branch extending radially itself extended by a second arcuate branch. circle centered around the axis of rotation. According to another particularity of the invention, said disengagement member extends radially according to a determined radius chosen as a function of the thickness of said lower wafer distributed to come, in its raised position, substantially at the level of the upper face of said lower slice. According to another feature of the invention, the drawer delimits at least one passage extending under the plate and vis-à-vis said release member, this passage being of height determined so as to receive said release member in position lying. According to another feature of the invention, said release member comprises a lateral finger extending towards the inside of the housing, the drawer comprising at least one ramp disposed opposite said finger and intended to raise the latter, said ramp extending in height below and above the tray. According to another particularity of the invention, the drawer comprises a rear portion coming into a position offset behind said stack when the tray is disposed under this stack, said ramp being formed in this rear part of the drawer. According to another particularity, the apparatus according to the invention comprises at least two pairs of release members disposed under said stack and along two lateral edges thereof. According to another feature of the invention the tray comprises recesses forming a support grid of said lower portion, these recesses opening into a space arranged in the drawer to collect crumbs, the drawer further delimiting a rear opening for evacuation of crumbs, the housing also comprising a rear crumb escape opening coming opposite the drawer discharge opening when the latter is in the retracted position in the housing. According to another feature of the invention the drawer comprises a peripheral rim to the plate and intended to maintain laterally said lower wafer during its distribution or to push the release member (s) in the supine position. A first advantage is that the distribution of food slices is facilitated. Rusks can be easily dispensed one by one. Another advantage of the present invention lies in the fact that it facilitates the recovery of crumbs during the distribution of rusks. Another advantage of the present invention is that the dispensing apparatus has a robust structure and is otherwise easy to use. The dispensing apparatus can be made especially without spring and be activated entirely manually. A further advantage is that the filling of a distributed rusk is also facilitated. Other characteristics, advantages and details of the reading of the invention will be better understood from the following description of embodiments given by way of example in relation to drawings in which: FIGS. 1 to 3 are perspective views showing the interior of a dispensing apparatus in different positions; - Figure 4 shows release member; Figure 5 shows the drawer; - Figure 6 shows a top view in section of the bottom of a housing in which are arranged four bodies of a perspective view of a perspective view of a clearance; - Figure 7 shows a perspective view of a lid also forming a charger to cooperate with the bottom shown in Figure 6; - Figure 8 shows a partial sectional view showing the drawer partially inserted into the housing - Figure 9 shows a partial sectional view corresponding to Figure 8 but showing only the drawer and the two release members; - Figures 10 to 13 show partial perspective views showing positions of the drawer relative to the release members; Figure 14 is a perspective view of a dispensing apparatus for dispensing two food slices simultaneously. Figures 1 to 3 each represent the apparatus for storing and dispensing food slices in which a side portion of the housing has not been shown. The housing 3 is in the form of a bottom 3b closed by a lid 3a. The bottom 3b of the housing 3 comprises a bottom wall 25 extended by side walls 26a and 26b. The two side walls are in particular represented in FIG. 6. The side walls 26a and 26b are joined to a front wall 27 and a rear wall 28. An opening 24 is arranged between the bottom wall 25 and the rear wall 28. Another opening 8 is arranged between the bottom wall 25 and the front wall 27. The bottom 3b of the housing is open on top and closed by the lid 3a. This lid 3a also constitutes a charger and comprises a cap 29 extended by internal partitions 30, 31a and 31b for guiding a stack 6 of food slices 2. Lights 32 and 33 are arranged opposite each other. the other respectively in the side walls of the feeder 3a and in the sidewalls of the bottom 3b so as to show the remaining height of the stack of food slices. The compartment 4 for receiving the food slices 2 is thus formed by the loader 3a positioned in the bottom 3b of the housing 3. The housing 3 also defines an unoccupied space 34 behind the stack 6 of food slices. The stack 6 is for example a stack of rusks.
In FIG. 1, the wafer stack 6 is disposed above a lower space 5. The lower opening 8 on the front face provides access to this lower space 5. This opening 5 allows in particular the insertion of a 7. Disengagement members 10a and 10b connected to the housing 10 are arranged in this lower space 5. The release members 10a and 10b are movable relative to the housing between a supine position and a raised position. In their raised position, the release members each hold the stack 6 vertical slices. As shown in FIG. 1, the stack 6 of food slices is retained at a predetermined height H35 by the release members 10a and 10b. This height H35 is greater than or equal to that of the upper face 11 of the food wafer 2a during its distribution. The release members 20 each effectively extend radially according to a determined radius R104 chosen as a function of the thickness of the wafer 2a to be distributed. A release member 10 will be described in more detail with reference to FIG. 4. Of course, there are also provision for release members each extending radially at a larger radius suitable for the distribution of a plurality of superposed wafers. In Figure 1, the drawer 7 is out of the housing 3 and carries a food slice 2a. This food slice 30 2a can then be garnished or seized by a user. The drawer 7 comprises a longitudinal groove 36 which can be used for translational guidance in the housing. A guide rib is then provided in the housing at the height of this groove 36. The drawer 7 further comprises a longitudinal groove 37 for access to a passage provided for the release members. This groove 37 allows in particular the passage of the guide axes in rotation of the release members 10a and 10b. The drawer 7 can enter the housing 3 through the lower opening 8 arranged on the front. The opening 24 arranged on the rear face of the housing 3 is used for example for the evacuation of crumbs. The opening 24 on the rear face can also be used to push the slide 7 outwards. For example, the manually operated drawer may be gripped by its opposite lateral sides, with clearances 38 then provided on the side walls of the housing. Such clearances 38 are particularly shown in FIG. 14. In FIG. 2, the drawer 7 does not carry a wafer and its tray 9 is inserted partially under the stack 6 of wafers. The tray 9 is disposed on the top of the drawer to receive the lower wafer 2a disposed at the base of the stack 6 upright. This lower slice 2a will then be released from the vertical stack for distribution. The plate is completely surrounded by a flange 21. The release members are in particular coated under the action of the portion of the flange 21 disposed above the passage under the plate 9 to receive the release members. The edge of the tray layer the release members as it progresses within the housing. Conversely, when the drawer is pulled out, its two lateral ramps 17 arranged opposite the receiving passages of the release members make it possible to raise them as the withdrawal movement out of the casing increases. The manually operated drawer can act on the release members for sleeping or lifting. The apparatus is thus activated entirely manually. In a variant, one could of course provide return members such as springs for bringing the release members into their supine or raised position, as opposed to an action exerted manually, but the apparatus would then be more complex to manufacture and also less robust, especially because the springs are subjected to fatigue over time without the assurance of performing their function despite the constraints resulting from the weight of the stack of food slices. As shown in FIG. 2, the spool 7 is partially inserted into the housing 3 such that a rear pair of disengagement members is in the raised position and a front pair of disengagement members is lying under the The stack 6 is thus held above the drawer 7 and the drawer 7 can slide through the lower opening 8 without rubbing against the stack 6. After fully inserting the drawer inside the housing, all the release members are in a lying position below the plate, as shown in FIG. 3. The plate 9 placed under the cell then receives the lower edge 2a of the cell 6. The edge 2a at the base of the cell is then ready to be released for distribution. The flange around the plate then exerts a lateral wedging of this slice 2a relative to the tray, while the rest of the stack is held by the walls 30, 31a, 31b and 27 of the compartment 4 for receiving the stack. The front wall 27 of the bottom 3b of the housing indeed extends to the lower opening 8 whose height is provided for the passage of the drawer carrying the distributed wafer. Figure 4 shows a perspective view of a release member 10. The release member 10 comprises a tubular hinged portion 101 for receiving an axis 25 fixed to the housing. This tubular portion 101 includes a notch 106 on its end on the side of the housing. This notch 106 allows a collaboration with a stop fixed to the housing and intended to limit the movements of the release member 10. The tubular portion 101 is extended at its other end by a radial branch 102. This radial branch 102 is itself extended by a branch 103 in an arc centered around the axis A100 of rotation of the release member 10. The first radial branch 102 and the second branch in a circular arc 103 are thus arranged at a determined distance from the inner wall of the housing, this distance corresponding to the width of the groove 37 made in the drawer 7 for access to the receiving passage of the release members. The release member 10 also comprises a lateral finger 105 extending inwardly of the slide 7. This finger 105 is fixed at the end of the arm in a circular arc and extending parallel to the axis A100. rotation of the release member 10. The finger 105 is in the form of a cylinder. The finger 105 can thus form a bearing surface for the ramp intended to bring the release member in the raised position. The cylindrical shape of the finger facilitates its sliding on the ramp and its passage over the upper edge of the ramp. The flange of the tray of the drawer is also intended to exert a thrust on the radial arm 102 to bring the release member in supine position. FIG. 5 shows a perspective view of the slide 7. The slide 7 comprises a rear portion 18 offset rearwardly with respect to the plate 9. The ramps 17 for raising the release members are formed in this rear portion 18. The rear part 18 is intended to come into a position offset behind the stack 6 when the drawer 7 is fully depressed in the housing 3. The ramps 17 are also arranged facing the fingers of the release members in position. lying down and act on these fingers to raise the release organs. The ramps 25 thus extend below and above the plate. The base of the ramp corresponds to the height of the finger of a recess member lying down. The top of the ramp corresponds to the height of the upper face of the rear portion 18 which also corresponds to the height of the upper faces of the rim 21. The peripheral rim 21 has a determined height around the plate allowing a lateral support of a slice disposed on the plate 9. Different positions of the release members will be described later in particular in connection with Figures 10 to 13 showing a partial sectional view along the AA section. The groove 37 for access to the housing passage of the release members is of a height H39 provided for the passage of the tubular portions 101 of the release members 10. The plate 9 is here in the form of a grid. Recesses 20 forming the grid open on a space 23 arranged in the drawer 7 over the entire width of the plate 9 to collect the crumbs. This space 23 opens out with a rear opening 22 for evacuating the crumbs. This discharge opening 22 made in the slide 7 is sized to come opposite the discharge opening 24 of the housing described above, when the slide 7 is in the retracted position in the housing 3. The gate also facilitates the filling of a rusk. Figure 6 shows a top view in section of the bottom 3b of the housing. The apparatus comprises two pairs of disengagement members. The release members 10a, 10b, 10c and 10d are disposed under said stack 6 and along its two side edges 19a and 19b. The stack 6 is shown here in dashed lines. Limiters 40 for limiting the movements of the release members 10a, 10b, 10c and 10d are attached to the inner walls of the bottom 3b. Two internal flanges 41 fixed on each of the side walls 26a and 26b are provided for the setting of the loader. The magazine is thus guided between these internal flanges 41, the side walls 26a and 26b and the front wall 27. FIG. 7 is a perspective view of a lid 3a for the bottom 3b of the housing for loading food slices. This charger can be removed completely which facilitates the charging of the device. The device is for example returned before the insertion of the charger. The side walls 31a and 31b of the charger are intended to come against the side walls 26a and 26b of the bottom. The rear wall 30 of the magazine then faces the front wall 27 of the bottom of the housing to form the compartment 4 with the side walls 31a and 31b of the magazine. As shown in Figure 8 the drawer defines two lateral grooves 37 formed between the flange 21 and two opposite side walls 43 of the drawer. These grooves 37 allow access to the two housing passages of the recess members lying recumbent. The tubular portions 101 of the release members are held around an axis 42 secured to the side walls 26a and 26b of the bottom of the housing. Furthermore, the end of the wall 31b of the charger is arranged at a predetermined height above the drawer so as not to hinder the movements of the release members. Figure 9 shows a view similar to Figure 8 on which the bottom of the housing has not been shown. The ramp 17 disposed vis-à-vis said finger 105 is intended to raise the latter. The ramp 17 extends in height below and above the plate. It can also be seen that the edge of the plate can press against the radial branch 102 of the release member. The release member is here raised when pulling the drawer outward, that is to say to the right in Figure 9. In contrast, the release member is lying when pushing the drawer inside the housing, that is to say to the left in Figure 9. In Figure 10 the drawer is positioned fully embedded in the housing, the plate 9 then coming under the stack. The release members 10a and 10b are lying under the plate 9 and arranged in the passages 14 provided. Each passage 14 extends under the plate 9 and vis-à-vis one or more release members. Each passage extends along the entire length of the tray to a height H15 greater than or equal to the height of the recess member lying down. The width of each passage allows to accommodate by the first radial branch, the second branch in an arc and the finger. The ramp 17 extends over a half-width of the passage and begins at the lower wall of the passage 14. Figures 11 and 12 show intermediate positions of the rear release members 10a and 10c between their lying position and their position identified. In Figure 13 the finger of the rear release members 10a and 10c reached the top of the ramp is then positioned on the upper face of the rear portion 18 of the drawer. In this position, the release member is intended to come against the remaining part of the stack. The portion of the stack held above the drawer may be slightly raised above the wafer disposed on the tray to facilitate movement of the dispensed wafer. In this position, the release member is stable and can hold in position when the drawer is removed. Precise positioning can also be ensured by means of an abutment limiting the displacement of the tubular portion as previously described. As shown in FIG. 13, the front release members 10b remain in a lying position when the drawer is halfway out.
Figure 14 shows an alternative embodiment of a dispensing apparatus for the simultaneous distribution of two food slices. The apparatus comprises a double compartment for two vertical stacks of food slices arranged side by side. The drawer 7a also includes a double tray for receiving two food slices 2b. It should be obvious to those skilled in the art that the present invention allows other embodiments. Therefore, the present embodiments should be considered as illustrating the invention.
