- REVENDICATIONS1. Méthode de diagnostic in vitro d'un cancer prostatique chez un sujet caractérisée en ce qu'elle comprend une étape de mesure du niveau d'expression du gène du récepteur mannose 6-phosphate cation indépendant (RM6P-CI) dans un échantillon biologique dudit sujet.
- 2. Méthode selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que l'étape de mesure quantitative du niveau d'expression du gène du RM6P-CI est une étape de mesure du niveau d'expression des produits de transcription, en particulier l'ARNm.
- 3. Méthode selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que l'étape de mesure du niveau d'expression du gène du RM6P-CI est une étape de mesure du niveau d'expression des produits de traduction, en particulier la protéine RM6P-CI.
- 4. Méthode selon la revendication 3, caractérisée en ce que ladite étape de mesure du niveau d'expression du gène du RM6P-CI se fait par analyse du marquage immunohistochimique du RM6P-CI dans un échantillon biologique dudit sujet.
- 5. Méthode selon la revendication 3 ou 4, caractérisée en ce que ladite étape de mesure du niveau d'expression du gène du RM6P-CI se fait à l'aide de l'anticorps polyclonal IgY 415.
- 6. Méthode selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisée en ce qu'elle comprend en outre la mesure, chez ledit sujet, du niveau d'expression d'un marqueur de cellules de type basales, notamment choisi parmi p63, CK 903 ou CK 5/6, ou d'un marqueur de cellules cancéreuses, notamment choisi parmi AMACR®, GST1 méthylé® ou TMPRSS2-ETS®.
- 7. Anticorps spécifique du récepteur mannose 6-phosphate cation indépendant (RM6P-CI) pour son utilisation dans une méthode de diagnostic du cancer prostatique, ledit anticorps permettant de mesurer le niveau d'expression du gène du RM6P-CI.
