Abstract

The gravitational power station uses gravitation to move a tank filled with compressed air downwards and once emptied back up thanks to the buoyancy of Archimedes. This novelty concerns the energy sector. A cable connects the tank car to a shaft to rotate it and produce power. Draining the tank drives a turbine to recover some of the energy spent on compression and air storage. The gravitational plant may consist of several tank cars and several basins.

Description

La remontée du wagon citerne produit de l'énergie.I This device compresses and stores air at its high point and moves it downwards thanks to its weight in a basin filled with liquid. Arrived at the low point it releases this compressed air before going back to the high point then to start again. In short this device fills up and empty of air a tank car then goes back. The compression of the air and its storage in a cistern consumes energy. The descent of a tank car produces energy. The emptying of the tank produces energy. The recovery of the tank wagon produces energy.

. Remontée du wagon citerne vide (gain). The novelty provided by this device is the exploitation of gravitation as a source of energy, especially during the descent operation caused by the weight of the compressed air and the rise caused by the buoyancy of Archimedes. The cycle of the device (Figure 1) is divided into 4 stages with the following condition: a tank car that is empty floats. Step A: Filling a compressed air tank at the top of the device. Step B: The tank wagon dive into the tank filled with liquid. the wagon is connected by cable to an alternator that brakes its descent by providing energy. Step C: The arrival of the tank car at the bottom of the basin and the emptying of the compressed air of the tank which drives a turbine connected to an alternator. , Step D: The ascent to the high point of the tank car in the basin. the wagon is connected by cable to the alternator which brakes its rise. The components of the device are: - A basin filled with liquid (Figure 1) in which descends 35 and rises the tank car. - A tank wagon (Figure 2) that floats when the tank does not contain compressed air. - A tank connectable to both ends of the basin: the high point to a compressor and down to a pipe 40 which passes the air in a turbine for the purpose of recovering energy during the emptying operation. - A cable that connects the tank car to a tree. This shaft is in connection with an alternator that provides energy. This cable is also a security element that holds a tank car in case of a problem. Modes of realization: The increase in elevation increases the amount of energy produced by the descent and ascent of the tank car. - Increasing the air pressure in the tank increases the amount of energy produced. - Increasing the volume of the tank increases the amount of energy produced. 15 - The energy balance of a device cycle is. Compression and storage of air in the tank (expense). . Descent of the tank car full (gain). . Emptying compressed air from the tank (gain). . Rise of the empty tank car (gain).
