Abstract
Disposable pot of square shape, consisting of a single piece of cardboard folded to the blanks. This pot has a wide opening, has a sealed bottom of the bowl, edges stiffened by a triangle profile, welded corners and a perimeter surface of operculable and has no false bottom. The latter has an inverted truncated pyramid shape, with a four-sided angle measurement between 30 ° and 45 ° and a ratio between its two bases greater than 1.8. In order to stiffen the sides each face is folded on itself to create triangular reinforcement profiles which are welded or glued to the faces and generate a continuous flat flange for sealing. The axis of this flat flange is parallel to the axis of the bases. It generates significant space savings during storage or transport. It allows faster freezing and warming, due to its greater air contact area. Finally this pot offers an opening dimension 21% greater than that of a round pot of equal diameter, which allows a better visualization of the recipe of the content.
Description
The present invention relates to a disposable cup or pot, of square shape, derived from an inverted truncated pyramid. It consists of a single piece of cardboard. The present invention has a bottom of a watertight bowl, a sealable tower, has a wide opening, edges stiffened by a triangle profile and welded or glued corners. It is intended to contain, depending on the cardboard used (sleeping PE, PP or other) ice cream, cold food or food to be heated.
Fig.4. Fig.3. It improves the storage and packaging solutions and offers a very large surface of visibility to the recipe. Traditional waterproof cardboard containers: pots, goblets are mostly round; their packaging in grouping boxes generates lost space because of their round shape. For square tight containers, the opening is not wide and their edges are not rigid. The invention 1 makes it possible to remedy these drawbacks. The present invention, according to a first characteristic, by offering a very large visual surface for the recipe, increases the pleasure of taste. The ratio between the two bases is at least 1.8: b / a> 1.8 for a face angle between 30 ° and 45 ° Fig.2 Fig.3. The present invention, according to a second feature, provides an ideal space occupation equal width compared to a cup, the height of the invention is much less fig.S. This optimization of the space allows optimum storage of pots. It also offers an excellent storage propensity, combined with the absence of false bottom and the important angle of the sides. As a result there is a decrease in the volume transported or stored; in addition, because of their square shape, the pots are better during handling and occupy 100% of the surface The present invention, according to a third characteristic, offers a very large area, and in the case of tunnel freezing, the - 2 - is faster, thus limiting the formation of crystals and increasing the taste quality of the preparation. Fig.4. The present invention, according to a fourth characteristic, offers a high rigidity of its sides thanks to four folded faces 5 on itself in profile forming a triangle which is welded or glued. Fig.3. The present invention, according to a fifth characteristic, offers a possibility of sealing for the conservation of recipes. The rotating edge that surrounds the top of the pot is flat and horizontal. The parallelism of the upper sides of the reinforcement triangles, relative to the bottom, generates a sufficient flat and flat surface to perform a sealing operation and sufficiently sealed for transport or a short conservation fig.6; this seal may be a suitable heat-sealable film, a polypropylene, a transparent or opaque polyethylene, a paper or a cardboard. The present invention, according to a sixth characteristic, has its four flat corners welded together so that the rim has a continuous surface capable of being sealed. The present invention, according to a seventh feature, has no false bottom. The stacking height of the pots for storage is divided by 3 compared to a round cardboard cup, because of the absence of this false bottom. Figure 1 shows the invention with the dotted mounting pleats. Figure 2 depicts the angles and proportions. Figure 3 shows the folded face on itself to obtain the side reinforcements. Figure 4 shows the storage and the performance of the Surface (in gray) Figure 5 shows the equal height height gain (in gray) Figure 6 shows the seal surface Figure 7 shows a cutting plane. With reference to these drawings, the invention consists of a piece of cardboard coated with a heat-sealable material such as PE-3 or PET or PP, cut according to a diagram adapted to FIG. 7. This piece of cardboard is then folded and welded in several successive operations, in the following order: ears, pasta reinforcement.
15 20 25 30 35The invention is particularly intended for the presentation and takeaway of recipes: ice cream, starters, salads, yogurts, cooked dishes. 15 20 25 30 35
