Ce dit mélange peut permettre une protection des parois qu'il recouvre, ainsi qu'un rendu esthétique, ou dans le cas de la maçonnerie, il permmetra l'assemblage de melon, de pierre ou de toutes pièce à maçonner; Il pourra servir aussi de mortier d'injection dans en maçonnerie. Le présent liant pourra servir de liant pour la fabrication de béton en le mélangeant à un sable et du grave. Le pourcentage du mélange chaux et métakaolin oscillera entre 10 et 40% de métakaolin pur pour 60 à 90% de chaux pour la construction. Le pourcentage de sable sera entre 40 et 70% dans la composition total du mortier.
