[0015] Bien entendu il est possible d'apporter l'invention de nombreuses modifications 5 sans sortir du cadre de celle-ci.The invention relates to a tool for unclipping clip clips for attaching a first insert to a second part. [2] Currently, as part of the assembly of automobile body parts, when a bodywork part is attached, such as a spoiler "sport", the aesthetics of the entire vehicle requires that the fastening means of this bodywork insert does not distort the whole and therefore remains hidden. As a result, the removal of this insert, in after-sales service, for example, or in the context of end-of-line retouch, involves operations that prove to be long and delicate with random dismantling of the insert and proven risk of degradation and / or breakage of said part. [3] There is, as in the document FR 2 334 473, unclipping tools which can unclip a metal section clipped elastically on another profile. This tool comprises a blade intended for an engagement under a wing of the first section and 15 abutment means and support on this section to exert a traction on this wing, thanks to a lever means. However, this type of tooling as described in this document requires that the clip-clips are visible and easily accessible which is not the case in the context of body parts as previously explained. [004] An object of the invention is therefore to provide a specific tool for unclipping in a simple and effective way an insert on a second part using staples clips. [005] For this purpose, it is provided, according to the invention, a clamp-type tool for unclipping clip clips for attaching a first insert to a second part, the gripper type tool comprising first and second branches articulated relative to each other between a first end forming a handle and a second end comprising declipping means, the declipping means comprising a nipple tip located on the first branch and, on the second branch , support means arranged so as to bear, in use, on a fixed surface relative to the second part. [006] Advantageously, but optionally, the gripper tool according to the invention has at least one of the following technical characteristics: the declipping end protrudes from the second end of the first branch in a direction of a distance from the second branch, the support means comprise a first bearing surface extending from the second end of the second branch on an outer side of the gripper type tool, the support means comprise means for modifying a distance, when in use, between the stationary surface relative to the second part and the unclipping end, the means for modifying a distance comprise a second form bearing surface convex on an outer side of the pliers-type tool, - the second bearing surface is in the extension of the first bearing surface of the support means, - the first bearing surface is flat, - first The bearing surface is inclined with respect to a longitudinal axis of the gripper type tool. [007] Other advantages and features of the invention will become apparent from the following description of a preferred embodiment. In the accompanying drawings: FIG. 1 is a three-dimensional view of a gripper type tool according to the invention; - Figures 2A to 2D illustrate, in side view, a use of the gripper type tool according to the invention of Figure 1 to unclip a first insert on a second body part; and FIG. 3 is a side view of the use of the pliers-type tool according to the invention of FIG. 1 when the staple clips are moved away from a bearing surface of the tool. [8] With reference to FIG. 1, we will describe a tool of the clamp type 1 according to the invention for unclipping clip clips for attaching a first insert to a second part, such as for example two parts. bodywork for a motor vehicle. The gripper type tool 1 comprises first and second 2 branches hinged relative to each other at a hinge axis 4 allowing a relative rotational movement of the two branches 2, 3. [9 The first branch 2 comprises a first end 21 forming a handle and a second end 22 comprising first declipping means 23. The hinge axis 4 is located between the two ends 21 and 22 of the first branch 2 of the tool clamp type 1 according to the invention. The second branch 3 also has a first end 31 forming a handle and a second end 32 having second declipping means 33, 34, 35. Again, the hinge axis 4 is located between the first 31 and second 32 ends of the second branch 3 of the clamp type tool 1 according to the invention. On the other hand, the clamp type tool 1 according to the invention has a longitudinal axis X perpendicular to the axis of rotation 4. [0010] The first declipping means 23 located on the second end 22 of the first branch 2 of the clamp type tool 1 according to the invention comprises a nipple 23 which extends here protruding from the second end 22 of the first branch 2 of the clamp type tool 1 according to the invention, in a direction away from the second branch 3 of the gripper type tool 1 according to the invention. In a practical embodiment of the gripper tool 1 according to the invention as illustrated in the figures, the first branch 2, and in particular the second end 22 of the first branch 2, is made from a section metal rod. circular and the nipple 23 is formed by curling by deformation the metal rod forming the second end 22 of the first branch 2 of the clamp type tool 1 according to the invention. The second declipping means included by the second end 32 of the second branch 3 of the clamp type tool 1 according to the invention comprises bearing means 35, 34. The support means comprise a first surface of support 35 extending from the second end 32 of the second branch 3 of the clamp type tool 1 according to the invention, on an outer side of said clamp type tool 1 according to the invention. Here, this first bearing surface 35 is flat and is inclined relative to the longitudinal axis X of the gripper type tool 1 according to the invention. The end of the end 32 is formed of two fingers 33 extending parallel to each other and spaced so as to receive between them the tip 23 of the second end 22 of the first branch 2 of the clamp tool 1 according to the invention. An outer side of the fingers 33 is formed by the first bearing surface 35. On the other hand, the support means further comprises means for modifying a distance 34, when in use, between a fixed surface relative to the second part and the nipple 23, these means for modifying a distance comprise a second bearing surface 34 here of convex shape located on an outer side of the second branch 3 of the tool type clip 1 according to the invention. In the case illustrated in the figures, the second convex bearing surface 34 is located in the extension of the first bearing surface 35 described above. With reference to FIGS. 2A to 2D, we will describe a use of the gripper type tool 1 according to the invention. In use, a first piece 12 having a series of clips-clips 14 is attached to a second piece 11. For example, the two pieces 11, 12 are body parts and in particular, the first part of the body. body 12 is a spoiler sport type for example. The second piece 11 comprises a series of fixing studs 15 on which are clipped the various clips-clips 14 of the first insert 12. Adjacent to each of the studs 15, the second piece 11 has a series of orifices 13 that comes cover a free end of the clip-clip 14 once it clipped on the pad 15. On the other hand, a surface 10 extends in view away from the orifice 13. The surface 10 is, d on the other hand, fixed relative to the second piece 11. This fixed surface can be the bezel of the motor vehicle at which the "sport" bequet forming the first piece 12 is mounted. This arrangement between the second part 11 and the surface 10 makes it possible to provide a space in which, as illustrated in FIG. 2A, the second ends 22, 32 of the gripper type tool 1 according to the invention are inserted so as to the unclamping tip 23 comes into alignment with the orifice 13 and the first bearing surface 35 bears on the surface 10 which is fixed relative to the second part 11. Once the tool type clamp 1 according to the invention put in place, an operator exerts an action on the first ends 21, 31 of the first 2 and second 3 branches of the tool type clamp 1 according to the invention so as to bring these two first ends one of the other then making a tilting movement about the axis of rotation 4 of the first branch 2 relative to the second branch 3. This tilting movement has the effect of penetrating the tip 23 in the hole 13 of the p 11 until this tip 23 bears on the end of the clip-clip 14, 35 the first bearing surface 35 always bearing against the fixed surface 10 relative to the second piece 11. This situation is illustrated in Figure 2B. Then, the operator continues to perform the tilting movement of the first branch 2 relative to the second branch 3, which has the effect of lifting the end of the clip-clip 14 with the tip 23, as this is illustrated in Figure 2C. The clip-clip 14 then begins to disengage from the pad 15 of the second piece 11. The operator continues the tilting movement until the clip-clip 14 is disengaged from the pad 15 as illustrated in FIG. Figure 2D. Therefore, the second end 22 comprising the nipple 23 abuts against the second piece 11 thus indicating to the operator that the clip-clip is disengaged from the stud 15 and that the first piece is released at the level of the During all these operations, the first bearing surface 35 remains in abutment against the surface 10 which is fixed with respect to the second piece 11. It should be noted that all of these operations which come from to be described is repeated as many times as there are clips-clips 14 in the series of clips-clips to fix the first piece 12 on the second piece 11. [0013] However, in certain situations, it It may be that the clip 14 to be released is found away from the surface 10 which is fixed with respect to the part 11. Such an example of a situation is illustrated in FIG. 3. In this situation when setting up place 2 the clamp type tool 1 according to the invention, the op errator implements the means for modifying a distance 34 provided for this purpose. In the case in point, illustrated in FIG. 3, the operator makes the entire gripper type tool 1 according to the invention a tilting movement so as to make the convex surface 34 cooperate with the surface 10, so it brings the tip 23 closer to the orifice 13 through which the tip 23 will bear on the end of the clip-clip 14 of the first piece 12 so as to to disengage said clip-clip 14 from the pad 15 of the second piece 11. Thus, the clip-type tool 1 according to the invention with such a configuration of support means can allow the removal of all the staples-clips of the series clip-clips for attaching the first piece 12 to the second piece 11 and, whatever the distance between the surface 10 used as a support and clip-clip 14 unclipped. The clamp type tool 1 according to the invention allows for quick retouching and without degradation of parts 12 and 11, with a very simple disassembly process. As part of the production lines of motor vehicles, such a clamp type tool 1 according to the invention avoids retouching of said motor vehicle factory, retouching generally leading to additional costs associated with a degradation of the first insert, as the sport spoiler, causing the replacement of said piece and the potential replacement of the support parts associated with said piece. Of course it is possible to bring the invention many changes 5 without departing from the scope thereof.
