[9] L'objectif de la présente invention est par conséquent de proposer un élément de blocage réutilisable à volonté, présentant concomitamment l'avantage d'être multifonction.MULTIFUNCTION AND REUSABLE ELEMENT FOR ROTATION BLOCKING OF A MOBILE PART OF AN ORGAN, AND ORGAN PROVIDED WITH SUCH A MEMBER [1] The invention relates, in a general manner, to a locking element in rotation of a rotating part a member, such as a rotary switch of electrical switch located at the top of a column of a motor vehicle steering wheel. [2] More specifically, the invention relates to a locking member in rotation of a moving part of a member having the particular advantage of being multifunctional and reusable. [003] During the manipulation of a member having a moving part, especially when placing it on a support, it is common, to facilitate this manipulation, to block this piece relative to the rest of the organ. [4] An example of the present invention may be illustrated by an electrical switch having an actuator, in the form of a rotary switch, for establishing the various electrical contacts required during operation of this switch. It is understood, however, that the present invention is not limited to a blocking member for an electrical switch. More particularly, such an electrical switch may be intended in a non-limiting manner to a motor vehicle, in particular as a dashboard switch and, more specifically, as a switch disposed around the steering wheel, in particular at the top of the column. of the steering wheel. [5] When mounting the switch in the working position, it is necessary to keep the actuator, ie the rotary switch, in a predetermined position to avoid any short-circuit or inadvertent contact. This position is in principle the neutral position of it. It is known to maintain the actuator in a pre-established position by the use of a locking element. Such an element may be in the form of a pin. This pin, partially inserted into a housing respectively provided in the actuator and in the switch, allows to block the first element in position relative to the second. Such pin may for example be held in position by adhesive and removed by shear, that is to say that its outer portion to the housing is broken, voluntarily by the operator or during the first use of the contactor, to ensure the unlocking the actuator. The locking element of the actuator may take other forms than that of a single pin with a tab therethrough the contactor and the actuator. It may for example be in the form of a two-legged pin, a tab penetrating into the actuator while the other is housed in a recess of the switch, the two tabs being secured. [6] Thus, locking elements in rotation of a moving part relative to an organ are known from the state of the art. Such elements are for example disclosed in US 5741145 or JP 11097141. [7] Nevertheless, these known blocking elements have the major disadvantage of being non-reusable. These locking pins, breakable, are therefore discarded after their sole use. [8] To overcome this drawback, a technique is described in the document FR 2941273, which discloses a locking element in the form of a locking key with two legs, reusable once. However, again, the blocking element is discarded after being used a maximum of two times. This blocking element is used only during assembly of the body, typically in the factory, and is discarded after being used at most twice. [9] The object of the present invention is therefore to provide a locking element reusable at will, having concomitantly the advantage of being multifunction.
The proposed solution also has the advantage of being economic, because of the multiple reusability of the locking element. For this purpose, the subject of the invention is a locking element in position of a moving part in rotation of a member, this element comprising at least a first blocking part intended to be introduced into said moving part in order to to allow its rotational locking relative to said member and a head intended to be placed outside said member and piece in blocking position of said member, the head comprising an auxiliary locking portion shaped as the first locking portion and capable of ensuring a second use of the locking element in the locking position. According to the invention, said head comprises a portion substantially forming a loop configured in such a way that said locking element, disengaged from its locking position, is able to hold at least one cable in position by passing said at least one cable through said loop, said locking member being further adapted to be reengaged in its locking position. Advantageously, said blocking element is further able to simultaneously perform the rotational locking function of the moving part and the position holding function of said at least one cable. According to one embodiment of the present invention, the locking element is integral with said at least one cable. Said at least one cable may for example be a bundle of cables. According to a particular embodiment, said moving part is a rotary switch intended for an electric steering wheel switch of a motor vehicle. The invention also relates to a motor vehicle steering wheel comprising a locking element as described above. In addition, the invention relates to a method of using such a locking element comprising: - a step of using said locking member for locking in rotation of the moving part relative to the organ; - A second step of using said locking element for holding in position at least one cable. The method of using such a locking member may comprise a third step of reusing the locking member for locking in rotation of the moving part relative to the member. Other features and advantages of the invention will appear on reading the following detailed description of the embodiments of the invention, given by way of example only and with reference to the drawings which show: FIG. 1 a locking element of a moving part of a known member, in the form of a breakable key; - Figure 2, the locking element of a movable part of a member according to the invention in the locking position. In what follows, the movable member member for receiving the locking element in rotation of the latter is an electrical switch with rotary switch. It should be noted, however, that the described embodiment is given by way of illustration and that the locking element according to the invention is suitable for any type of organ and context in which its multifunctional character would be useful. Figure 1 illustrates a known blocking element 1. This locking element is in the form of a breakable key whose tabs 2A, 2B, constituting a locking portion, are respectively inserted in the rotary switch 3 and the body 4 of an electrical switch to ensure the rotational locking This blocking is essential when mounting a member comprising said contactor 3, in particular to maintain the switch in a neutral position. Once the assembly carried out, the tabs 2A, 2B of the locking key 1 are broken intentionally and said locking key 1 is discarded, since not reusable. An example of locking element 10 according to the invention is shown in Figure 2. The locking element 10 comprises a locking portion in the form of two tabs 20A, 20B intended to be inserted respectively in the rotary switch 3 and the body 4 of an electrical switch. As for Figure 1, the context of Figure 2 is in particular that of a motor vehicle steering wheel column top. During assembly, or intervention on the top of the column, the locking element 10 allows the rotational locking of the switch 3. FIG. 2 also represents the blocking element 10 in the locked position: the tabs 20A, 20B being inserted, and thus blocked, in the contactor 3 and, respectively, on the body 4 of the switch, the rotary switch 3 is prevented from moving in rotation relative to the body (4). The locking element 10 according to the invention further comprises an auxiliary portion 11, having the shape of a loop. This auxiliary portion 11 forming a loop makes it possible, in particular when the locking element 10 is disengaged from its locking position, to hold at least one cable in place. In addition, the locking element 10 according to the invention can be used in its second function, namely the holding in position of at least one cable, in this case a bundle of cables. When assembling the constituent elements of the steering wheel, at the top of the column, the locking element 10, once disengaged from its locking position, can advantageously be reused in a second function, in which said locking element 10 maintains position a bundle of cables, in particular to prevent any pinching of the cable during assembly of the upper part of the steering wheel, then in the normal use phase of said steering wheel. For this purpose, the cable bundle is passed into the loop formed by the auxiliary part, that is to say the head 11 of the blocking element 10. In addition to the capacity of the blocking element 10 to fulfill these two functions, successively or, moreover, simultaneously, for example during an intermediate phase of assembly, an important interest of the present invention resides in the reusability of said locking element 10. In fact, the latter being housed in the steering wheel, especially after the completion of mounting the steering wheel, fulfilling its function of maintaining the position of the wiring harness, said locking element 10 can be reused later in its rotational locking function of the contactor 3, for example during a maintenance or repair operation. Indeed, the locking element 10 can be recovered, for example after dismounting an upper part of the steering wheel, and reused in the locking position, as in Figure 2, to lock the rotary switch 3 during a maintenance operation or of repair. Once said operation is completed, the locking element 10 is able to be used again as a holding element in position of the cable bundle. The invention also relates to the method of using the locking element 10, in accordance with the description given with reference to FIG. 2. Thus, the invention also relates to the method by which a blocking element conforms to FIG. in the present description, comprising a locking portion, namely the tabs 20A, 20B, and an auxiliary portion 11 forming a loop, is successively used in the locking position, as shown in Figure 2, and in the holding position position at least one cable. The present invention is not limited to the examples described above and is capable of numerous variants accessible to those skilled in the art.
