Abstract

La présente invention concerne un produit alimentaire tartinable solide à température ambiante comprenant une phase grasse fluide constituée d'huile non hydrogénée et non inter-estérifiée comprenant au moins 75% d'acides gras insaturés telle que l'huile d'olive, en mélange avec au moins une cire ou mélange de cires comprenant au moins une cire minérale. Plus particulièrement, le produit alimentaire tartinable selon l'invention comprend une émulsion d'une phase aqueuse dans une dite phase grasse en mélange avec un agent émulsifiant.
