Abstract
L'invention concerne un dispositif destiné au maintien automatique d'une charge sur un chariot de manutention (1) pendant sa manutention. Le dispositif selon l'invention se caractérise en ce qu'il est constitué d'un contenant (2), destiné à contenir un ou plusieurs produits à manutentionner et équipé : - d'au moins une attache magnétique (21) disposée et conçue pour entrer en contact avec une partie métallique des fourches ou de la plateforme (11) ou du tablier (12) et pour assurer le maintien du contenant (2) sur le chariot (1) lors de sa manipulation ; - d'au moins un contacteur (22) disposé et conçu pour être en contact avec le sol lorsque le contenant (2) repose lui-même sur le sol et pour activer automatiquement l'attache magnétique (21) dès que le contenant (2) n'est plus en contact avec le sol et la désactiver automatiquement lorsque ledit contenant repose à nouveau sur le sol.The invention relates to a device for automatically maintaining a load on a trolley (1) during its handling. Lesdites charges sont généralement positionnées sans le moindre moyen de maintien avec pour conséquences des déplacements, voire des chutes, occasionnés par des vibrations ou des chocs lors de leur transfert. Les conséquences sont de deux ordres : - matérielles : détérioration de la marchandise ; - humaines : blessures plus ou moins handicapantes voire décès. L'invention se présente sous la forme d'un contenant destiné à contenir un ou plusieurs produits à manutentionner. Ledit contenant, pour répondre à ces exigences, est équipé : - d'au moins une attache magnétique disposée et conçue pour entrer en contact avec une partie métallique des fourches ou de la plateforme ou du tablier et pour assurer le maintien du contenant sur le chariot lors de sa manipulation ; - d'au moins un contacteur disposé et conçu pour être en contact avec le sol lorsque le contenant repose lui-même sur le sol et pour activer automatiquement l'attache magnétique (21) dès que le contenant n'est plus en contact avec le sol et la désactiver automatiquement lorsque ledit contenant repose à nouveau sur le sol. Selon la réalisation préférée de l'invention, les attaches magnétiques sont au nombre de trois : - deux d'entre elles, solidaires du fond du contenant, sont disposées et conçues pour entrer en contact, chacune, avec une partie métallique de chaque fourche ; - la troisième, solidaire de la paroi arrière du contenant, est disposée et conçue pour entrer en contact avec une partie métallique du tablier. Grâce à ces 3 points d'attache, la charge est bien maintenu par le chariot de 10 manutention et l'opérateur est prévenu de l'activation ou non des attaches magnétiques. L'invention s'applique à tout type de contenant : chariot de picking / préparation de commande, bac, caisse,... PRESENTATION DES FIGURES 15 Les caractéristiques et les avantages de l'invention vont apparaître plus clairement à la lecture de la description détaillée qui suit d'au moins un mode de réalisation préféré de celle-ci donné à titre d'exemple non limitatif et représenté aux dessins annexés. Sur ces dessins : - la figure 1 représente, en perspective, le dispositif selon l'invention positionné sur un 20 chariot de manutention à fourches ; - la figure 2 représente, en élévation de profil, l'ensemble de la figure 1 - la figure 3 représente, en perspective, une attache magnétique. DESCRIPTION DETAILLEE DE L'INVENTION Le dispositif représenté aux figures est destiné au maintien automatique d'une charge 25 sur un chariot de manutention (1) dans le but d'empêcher son déplacement et sa chute lors de sa manutention ; ledit chariot (1) étant pourvu d'un élément (11), notamment des fourches ou une plateforme, destiné à passer sous la charge en vue de la soulever et d'un tablier (12) contre lequel ladite charge s'appuie lors de sa manutention. Le dispositif, selon l'invention, est constitué d'un contenant (2), destiné à contenir un 30 ou plusieurs produits à manutentionner et équipé : - d'au moins une attache magnétique (21) disposée et conçue pour entrer en contact avec une partie métallique des fourches ou de la plateforme (11) ou du tablier (12) et pour assurer le maintien du contenant (2) sur le chariot (1) lors de sa manipulation ; - d'au moins un contacteur (22) disposé et conçu pour être en contact avec le sol 35 lorsque le contenant (2) repose lui-même sur le sol et pour activer automatiquement l'attache magnétique (21) dès que le contenant (2) n'est plus en contact avec le sol et la désactiver automatiquement lorsque ledit contenant repose à nouveau sur le sol. Dans le cas de l'utilisation d'un chariot de manutention à fourches, les attaches magnétiques (21) peuvent être au nombre de trois : - deux d'entre elles (211), solidaires du fond du contenant (2), sont disposées et conçues pour entrer en contact, chacune, avec une partie métallique de chaque fourche (11) ; - la troisième (212), solidaire de la paroi arrière du contenant (2), est disposée et conçue pour entrer en contact avec une partie métallique du tablier (12).The invention is in the form of a container for containing one or more products to be handled.
