Le dispositif selon l'invention sécurise les nageurs et les plongeurs la nuit comme le jour et améliore l'industrie sécuritaire dans le milieu marin et aquatiqueThe invention relates to a device for stabilizing a buoy by a weight method linked to a rope below it. The invention makes the pennant more solid and rotproof. The device according to the invention secures swimmers and divers at night and during the day and improves the safe industry in the marine and aquatic environment

Description

The present invention relates to a signal buoy that during diving or swimming ensures the safety of the diver or the swimmer at sea. The invention makes it possible to solidify the flag and render it rot-proof and also to stabilize the buoy. In the past, the signal buoys were equipped with a single plastic flag that was disconnected from the support because of the large amount of use and the buoys were unstable due to currents and wind. The device according to the invention makes it possible to solidify the pennant and render it rotproof by a process of mixing resin and kapok without it being too rigid for the pennant to be lulled by the wind and not too soft for the pennant remains stable enough to be visible from afar. The other device of the invention relates to the stabilization of the buoy, often ballot and carried by the wind and currents, it is destabilized in the face of these constraints. Concerning the buoy ballotée and carried by the wind and the currents, the technical solution according to the invention is to stabilize it by weights connected to a cord system imputrescible in the material indicated above, fixed under the buoy so that that said buoy does not flow under the constraints caused by the weights placed symmetrically, to balance the whole and ensured stability, with this process it will be carried more difficult and will be more stable. These weights are stainless do not touch the bottom and remain suspended in the water thanks to the cords to which they are attached to the buoy, it will float without difficulty because the weight constraint is less important than the buoyancy of the buoy . The stability of the assembly makes it possible to maintain the rod of which the flag is secured, straight, and at the same time facilitates the vision of the arrivals to the surroundings because the flag remains high to ensure the safety of the diver or the swimmer. The user of this buoy must know how to swim. The stem will be pure and natural resin. Said buoy must be connected to the user. The color of the pennant must imperatively be the norm of perceptible color of security and this pennant must reflect the light, the stalk must also be phosphorescent and fluorescent and will have a restitution autonomy of the light of up to 12 hours, for ease are use at night to avoid accidents. A phosphorescence compass is fixed on the buoy with characteristics of imputrescibility obligatorily because the marine environment is corrosive. The compass will be used in case of misplacement of a user. The device according to the invention is particularly intended for safety in the marine or aquatic environment and improves safety in the marine industry or in the aquatic environment.
