The present invention relates to a method of mounting an electric machine on a body part of a motor vehicle, and the vehicle is mounted on a body part of a motor vehicle, and the vehicle automobile obtained. The invention applies in particular although not exclusively to a hybrid motor vehicle. BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION It is known to realize the mounting of a vehicle in an automated manner by mounting certain equipment on a temporary support so as to produce a subassembly which is presented below a body element of the vehicle. to allow automated transfer of equipment to the cash element. In the case of mounting an electric machine, in particular for mounting the electric motor of a hybrid motor vehicle, this mounting method poses the problem of connecting the power cable. Indeed, to allow mounting from below the body it is necessary to provide a travel of the electric machine. To allow this movement, it is necessary to have an excess length of the power cable, but this poses a problem of availability of a location for storing the extra cable length after mounting the electrical machine. OBJECT OF THE INVENTION An object of the invention is to propose a mounting method that overcomes this problem.
OF THE INVENTION In view of achieving this object, the invention proposes a method of mounting an electric machine on a body element of a motor vehicle, comprising the following steps: set comprising the electric machine and a power cable of the electric machine fixed on a temporary support; present the subassembly under the cash element; and transferring the electric machine to the body member, and, prior to presenting the subassembly under the body member, connecting a first section of electrical cable to the electrical machine and attaching a second section of electrical cable to the temporary support; and after submitting the subassembly under the body member, securing the second section of electrical cable under the body member, and connecting the first section of electrical cable and the second section of electrical cable 10 to each other. other from the top of the body element.
