Abstract

The set has a series of identical floor assemblies (6) that is provided in the shape of a tunnel having a face presenting an assembly opening (8), and a set of adaptation bodies (9) to adapt assembly of each floor assembly to each configuration of a control case (1). One of the set of adaptation bodies is allowed to form an application interface between the control case and the assembly opening of a floor assembly. The set of adaptation bodies is provided in the shape of a plate. Mounting feet extend or project with regard to the adaptation bodies.

Description

SET DE MONTAGE DE BOITIERS DE COMMANDE DE BOITE DE VITESSES DE VÉHICULE AUTOMOBILE La présente invention concerne un set de montage de boitiers de commande de boite de vitesses de véhicule 5 automobile. ARRIÈRE-PLAN DE L'INVENTION Il est connu d'effectuer le montage d'un boitier de commande de boite de vitesses de véhicule automobile sur un élément de plancher en forme de tunnel ayant une face 10 supérieure présentant une ouverture de montage. Il est habituel de prévoir un élément de plancher propre à chaque architecture de montage, en relation avec la configuration du boitier de commande correspondant. Cette pratique implique la fabrication séparée de 15 différentes séries d'éléments de plancher, et la gestion d'un parc d'éléments de plancher, de sorte que le coût global est élevé. OBJET DE L'INVENTION Un but de l'invention est de proposer un set de 20 montage de boitiers de commande de boite de vitesses de véhicule automobile ayant des configurations variées, permettant de réduire les coûts de fabrication et de stockage. DESCRIPTION DETAILLÉE DE L'INVENTION En référence à la figure 1, dans la première configuration de montage illustrée le boîtier de commande 1 comporte de façon connue en soi un levier 2 relié à des câbles 3 s'étendant dans des gaines 4. Également de façon connue en soi, le boîtier de commande 1 comporte des vis de fixation 5 s'étendant vers le haut à partir de sa face supérieure. Dans cette première configuration, le boîtier de 35 commande est destiné à être monté par en dessous sur un élément de plancher 6 ayant une face supérieure 7 percée d'une ouverture de montage 8. Selon l'invention la structure et les dimensions de l'élément de plancher 6 sont identiques pour les différentes configurations de montage et le set de montage comporte des moyens pour adapter le montage de chaque élément de plancher à chacune des configurations de boîtier de commande. Dans la première configuration illustrée par la figure 1, les moyens pour adapter l'ouverture de montage comprennent un organe d'adaptation en forme de plaque 9 comportant des perçages 10 destinés à recevoir les vis 5 du boîtier de commande 1, et des vis 11 disposées pour être engagées dans des perçages 12 de l'élément de plancher 6.
