Claims (6)
- REVENDICATIONS1. Centre de traitement de fumées (1) provenant d'un four (30) à cuire des anodes utilisées dans des cuves d'électrolyse pour la production d'aluminium, dans lequel 10 des éléments polluants sont éliminés des fumées en les captant sur au moins un adsorbant (17, 19, 27) qui est ensuite retenu par filtration, caractérisé en ce que l'ensemble des fumées traverse au moins un même réacteur (4, 25) dans lequel est injecté au moins un adsorbant (17, 19, 27) suivi d'un ensemble (7) d'unités de filtration (9, 28) traversées en parallèle par les fumées pour capter de l'adsorbant 15 chargé en éléments polluants.
- 2. Centre de traitement de fumées selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que un adsorbant (17, 19, 27) est de l'alumine. zo
- 3. Centre de traitement de fumées selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que un adsorbant (17, 19, 27) est du charbon actif ou du coke.
- 4. Centre de traitement de fumées selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que un adsorbant (17, 19, 27) est du CaCO3. 25
- 5. Centre de traitement de fumées selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que un adsorbant (17, 19, 27) est de la chaux hydratée.
- 6. Centre de traitement de fumées selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, 30 caractérisé en ce qu'en sortie d'un premier réacteur (4), l'ensemble des fumées traverse des unités de filtration (9) placées en parallèle pour la captation de l'adsorbant (17, 19), injecté dans ledit premier réacteur, puis un second réacteur (25), et enfin des dispositifs de captation (28) placés en parallèle pour la captation de l'adsorbant (27) injecté dans le second réacteur (25).. Centre de traitement de fumées selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que l'adsorbant utilisé dans le second réacteur (25) est un liquide, un solide ou un gaz. 8. Centre de traitement de fumées selon l'une quelconque des revendications 6 et 7, 10 caractérisé en ce que l'adsorbant (17, 19) utilisé dans le premier réacteur (4) est de l'alumine, et en ce que l'adsorbant (27) utilisé dans le second réacteur (25) est du charbon actif, du coke, du CaCO3 ou de la chaux hydratée. 9. Centre de traitement de fumées selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 8, 15 caractérisé en ce que des unités de filtration (9) sont constituées de filtres à manches à multi-compartiments. 10. Centre de traitement de fumées selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1,et 6 à9 , caractérisé en ce que les unités de filtration (9) et les dispositifs de captation 20 (28) peuvent être isolé(e)s pour leur entretien. 95
